In this video I’ll show you the whole process of how to forge the metal and the complete process of knife making. The forging is the toughest work to mold a metal into sharpest knife from useless and rusty steel Rebar.
Used tools:
Hammer to forge the steel
Rebar
Grinder with cutting disc to cutting the metal
Belt sander is used to shape and sharp the blade
Files is used to remove the edges of the knife
Grit sandpaper which is used to shine the knife which is made from the steel rebar 180, 220, 280, 360, 400,600,1000,and 1500
Bench press
Epoxy resin
Drill with drill bits
Double burner forging furnace
Tempering container
Wood is used to make a handle of the knife
