This is by far the best ad for an exhaust video. I’ve been a magnaflow/Borla guy for years but now that I can actually hear what I’m going to buy I think this is my next setup for my new 2500

I am interested in the headers and legend catback system. With changes of location of the oxygen sensors, does the truck require a tune on the computer to optimize performance and actually run correctly? Have you guys put this truck on a dyno and had tuning done?

Nice sound…what are HP AND Torque gains over stock?
American truck makers should go back to using the Cubic inch designation on heavy duty trucks with gas engines. 400 cubic inch sounds better than 6.6 and it would seperate it from the Duramax so no confusion would occur.

@@14albumsuperbia88 It doesn't confuse me but the Avg person doesn't know the difference between a 6.6 chevrolet gas or 6.6 Duramax. Same with a Ford 7.3 Diesel vs the newer 7.3 Gas.

Why are exhausts such a difficult decision
So should I get 1-7/8 long tube headers for my stock 2016 2500HD 6.0 or 1-3/4? I plan on putting true duals also. I’m still debating because I don’t want to loose low end torque but I also want more hp.
Either or, your loss of low end will be so minimal you shouldn’t even notice the difference in pulling or daily driving at all..
What about having to tune the truck after due to 02 sensors

Did the truck run lean with the headers? Waiting till the 6.6 is tunable.
Pretty sure you have to swap to an after market computer in order to get any tuning since gm encrypted the ecm because I reached out to a few people and they said they don’t offer tuning due to that so I believe you would have to buy an aftermarket computer and buy all the credentials and install them and then you can get into the computer and change from that point on
