Because they can't remove her of their own accord; they need an appeal. This has been reported on ad nauseum and at this point, you should be aware of this, unless you are choosing to be ignorant or are specifically trying to spread misinformation.
Plus, most of the 11th Circuit are also highly Republican judges.

No, Trump is NOT currently charged with retaining classified info. The 32 counts against Trump under the Espionage Act statute 18 U.S.C. § 793(e) are for the 32 National Defense Information (NDI) docs that Trump willfully retained and refused to turn over the lawful authorities (pg 32). Not to mention that the statute above does not require the NDI to be classified. Doc #11 is listed as not having any classification markings (pg 34).
Trump falsely claiming that the NDI are his personal records shows the willful retention of that NDI, so Trump's OWN defense is showing that he is guilty.
She should of been the Judge for the Airman locked-up for exposing Top Secret Docs, that didn't take long.

Judges have wide latitude to run their cases. Cannon so far has approached the line, but evidently hasn't crossed it yet. Smith seems to be waiting for enough of her bonkers rulings pile up, so recusal by the 11th Circuit would be a slam dunk.
Of course if she followed the law, Trump would be going on trial this summer or fall, so the case would not cost too much. Cannon doesn't want to do that, since all the evidence and Trump's own defense shows Trump is guilty.
Edit, forgot to add that Cannon can only be removed as a judge by Congress via impeachment. With all the GOP Sedition Caucus members in Congress, Cannon isn't being removed anytime soon.

She has to make a final decision that is appealable. Everything she is doing that would be able to appeal she has yet to make any final decisions on. While she may be doing lots of things that are shady as hell, until she makes a ruling that is out of line, not just acting like a clown in court, there is nothing to appeal.
Unfortunately that requires impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate (2/3 vote I think?). Other option would be to put surveillance on her and catch her colluding with the mango Mussolini or his team. Then she can be forced to resign in disgrace 🤞 or, maybe, be charged with a crime. 👍
