GEESYS is a leading manufacturer of all kind of EB meeting Panel Boards, automatic voltage stabilizer, automatic water level controller, automatic phase changer, EB-DG Changeover Switch, home UPS and distribution boards. EB Metering Panels is also called as EB Meter Box, EB Service Panel, Discom Meter Panel, Electric Meter Panel boards and etc. All are one for same purpose.
These Kind of EB Meter Panel Boards are installed as Main Electric Power incomer. Electricity board/DISCOM Power cable is connected to this panel as incomer and Panel distribute the Power to individual Tenants of the building through Energy Meter. GEESYS has recently Manufactured 7 Service EB Metering Panel Board. 16SWG CRCA Steel Fabrication Metal Enclosure, Floor Mounted.
GEESYS uses only TATA Steel MS Sheets to fabricate all of our panel enclosures. The panel is floor mounted. It is steel Fabricated 100mm base and Wall Mounting Provision. Enclosure is Powder Coated after proper 7-Tank Pre-Treatment process. GEESYS EB Metering Panels protects the clients against Overload, Short Circuit, Electric Shock and etc. The complete panel is constructed with the high conductive EC grade Aluminium bus bars. We have used Rewirable Kit Kat Fuses. 500A fuse for Grid Incomer cable and 63A Fuses for each service. Each 3-Phase Service Output connected with 440VAC, 4P, C Curve 63A 10kA MCB as per IEC-60947-2. We use only Top Branded MCB such LnT, Siemens, ABB, Hager, Legrand and etc.
The Neutral cable is connected through Copper Neutral Link. All the cable entries of All 3-phase meter on top, as per customer requirement. We have given provision to Mount the Electric Energy Meter with heavy duty ISI Grade 6mm Hylam Sheets. Sealing provision is given for all the doors of Incomer, Meter and Busbar Chamber as per TNERC/DISCOM guidelines. RYB LED Indicating lamps are provided with Voltage display at the incomer to monitor the availability of 3-Phases of Grid Power and Voltages. In General, All the GEESYS EB Metering Panel 10 sq.mm FRLS flexible copper wires as per IS-694. The complete panel is double Earthed. Completely left and right side of the panel has earthing provision. Each Service is provided with Transparent Viewing Toughened Glass to monitor the Energy Meter readings such as Voltage, Current, Power Factor, Energy and so on.
In General, Grid Power Cable is connected to 500A Input Fuse. This 500A Rewirable is connected with Copper Busbar to distribute the power to each Service. From common copper Busbar, Wires are connected to 63A Rewirable fuse to safeguard the Energy Meter. From 63A Kit-Kat Fuse cables are provisioned to terminate in DISCOM Energy Meter. From Discom Meter provisioned wire from discom meter the cable is connected to each service output MCB. Necessary Louvers and Ventilation arrangement are given to ensure better cooling and efficiency of the panel.
The panel is beautifully labelled and ferruled for ease of operation and future maintenance.
Complete Panel is going strict Quality checks. We conduct thorough Routine Test prior to the dispatch. EB Metering Panel is designed and manufactured as per TNEB and local Discom Guidelines. All of our EB metering panels approved by many local electricity board.
