  • Welcome to my channel. Today, We practice Backbend Yoga Flow from Beginner to Intermediate.
    This Yoga Flow is typically considered an “Intermediate levels” practice. This means yogis of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities are welcome to join the practice, flow, and move together. All levels and all types are welcome for this at-home yoga practice. Take your time and Find What Feels Good.
    However, sometimes the practice of slowing down is exactly what we need. Sometimes moving with care and attention is more beneficial to our practice than moving quickly.
