You are so positive, and it's nice to hear! Bozeman has some hot springs, and they have a cute downtown area that you can park and walk around in. We had a great visit there and really enjoyed it!

I have been an aviation enthusiast since I was about 11 or 12 and my one & only sister is a middle school teacher as well (like your mom). Your aviation blog videos are LITERALLY SO AWESOME and I love watching them, obviously. I used to work as a ramp agent at Santa Barbara Airport from about a few years ago and I literally almost got another ramp agent job for American Airlines at the same exact airport, but unfortunately they haven't been able to re-issue a badge for me at the airport which is kind of weird lol. Love watching! Hope you didn’t get bad weather yesterday. Saw a picture of tornado in Weatherford. My daughter ran from it in Breckenridge trying to get to the ranch’s cellar with my grandson in tow. They made it and it passed over. Take care.

Bozeman is one of the closest airports to Yellowstone. Lots of pretty areas around Bozeman, mountains and all. Could always go snowmobiling as well. I believe Toby Keith just opened a restaurant there as well.

How nice that you will be visiting my country (although it is on the other side of the ocean of the Netherlands hahaha). I wish I could give you any tips but I have never been there. But I'm pretty sure you will love it. Like in your favourite layover Cancun, Curacao has great beaches and beautiful turquoise water. Wishing you a great time there!
Almost all my work flights go through DFW from our small airports in Colorado. I enjoy DFW, but PHX or CLT is always a lot of walking to get to the other end of the airport. All the attendants on American have been really nice, even the one who was sick behind me on her second to last leg to home, and I got her cold, haha.

It took me a while to get used to going from days to nights. But I can get my medical appointments done during the day. Paycheck is amazing with the OT I get for working closing shifts

Curacao is a wonderful place to visit. The turtle snorkeling there was really good. The town is very scenic and quite walkable.

Bozeman recs! Peets Hill or Hyalite Canyon are beautiful for hikes/walks! You are also close to Yellowstone if you have more time. Copper for nicer dinner, Montana Ale Works for low key dinner and Devil's Toboggan for speakeasy cocktails :)

Hi Julia. You are going to love Curaçao! It is one of the ABC islands in the Dutch Antilles with Willemstad as the Capital. The airport is on the north side of the Island, nestled amongst oil refineries, so not too appealing. However, the hotels are along the south shore, and the scenery I’d breathtaking! Yoga on the beach is what I recommend, along with a walk along the beach path to the downtown area. I will be anxious to see if things have changed. While I had numerous layovers there, it has been a while since I’ve been there. I really enjoy your blogs, and thank you for your honest and sincere content!

Happy March! I'm glad you made it through reserve month! I thought I would share a funny and cute story with you. So me and my partner the other day were about to sit down and watch some CZcams, she turns to me and asks, "Does Jetsetting Julia have any new videos we could watch?" I responded with "Jetting Julia?" "that's the one!" I just grinned at her it was so cute so we have a little joke now and we are like "ohhhh Jetsetting Julia has a new video!". Hope miss Luna and Erik are well too!!

I feel your pain. I’m a deicer and sometimes work all night for FedEx. On the upside at least there aren’t any passengers in the windows watching my every move 😂
As a MD I regularily do All Night On Call-shifts and they are sometimes rough. The day after is like a bad hang-over without the adverse health effects of alcohol and you are paid for getting it!

Drinks for work at Domino’s on a short 4-5 hour shift, I generally pack my bottle drinks and canned Arnold Palmer Iced Tea in large soft cooler. I’ll also pack in a Granola bar to satisfy my hunger. For Bozeman-Three Forks Pub and Grill- sometimes a former AA'er Holly, who lives in Bozeman now hosts trivia and comedy nights there, too.
As a former ramp rat I hated working our red-eye flights leaving or coming...I hear ya on that one. Bozeman is a really cool town - lots to do around town for outside stuff, but the Downtown is a jewel with cool restaurants and shops and is worth the trip. Wanted to also point out that a Vet friend and I were talking about Farmers Dog Food, she indicated that you should introduce some grain into Luna's diet as it's pretty thin on grains and Dogs really need them. She didn't knock the food, absolutely loved it, but wanted to point that out. Be Well!

As a side note.. the BZN-DFW just diverted to Lubbock due to that nasty storm line coming into your area as I type this.. Anyways, I don't know how long your BZN layover is, but maybe you'll have time to check out the Big Sky Resort. Maybe have a turn down a slope & grab a bite. Also popular during the summer. Have fun!
Bozeman has a very scenic landscape … enjoy. My cousin used to own the McDonalds there.
The cold brew coffee is healthier for you, just put extra ice. Lay off the carbs and sugars, your blood sugar will help you and you will have better circulation during flights. Also, please please please keep drinking fresh bottled water, so important.
As a former Bozeman resident go to either Naked Noodle or La Parilla for a good quick meal!
Staying up all night is hard. It’s puts your body off balance. Sleep is so important. I hate getting stuck on the graveyard shifts myself.

Sometimes! The remaining crew members usually tell me if they knew but most of the time I have no clue why I’m replacing another FA
