Fun fact, filming in a changing room or a bathroom is a felony. Anywhere that interrupts places privacy is expected
It’s actually not illegal in the uk changing room wise, there are just many company customer rules where it asks you to be mindful of everyone else and your environment that may be captured in the footage. Of course if there was footage of minors etc or you’re aware of someone changing (I’ve seen a grown woman butt naked before in the locker room) and continue to film then yes that’s reason to press charges. Seems like a grey area here. Just best not to at all.
