GHANA JOLLOF RICE PART 2

Hello everyone! Hope you're doing well. Today's recipe is jollof rice. Most countries in West Africa are familiar with this dish. Togo, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Liberia and Gambia. It has been requested by my very good friend.

INGREDIENTS
3-4 cups of tomato stew/sauce
3.5 cups of homemade chicken broth or store bought
2.5 cups of mixed vegetables (use fresh if available)
2 small cubes bouillon or maggi
1 teaspoon salt/to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
