I'm planning my daughters 9th birthday and this video was EXACTLY what I needed. We've never had an actual party for her before because we decided to go on a vacation or or do an activity instead. But now she wants a "really cool" party with all her friends and I had no idea where to even start

Thank you for sharing your wisdom as an events planner. Having studied and been in events management over a decade can totally relate to what you experience. Using the left and right side of the brain is a tough act to pull off, as in keeping to a budget and timeline while producing creative and unique themed parties simultaneously. Where are you based? how do you budget for your events?
To this day I still struggle and possibly I think it gets worse before it gets better, struggled with anxiety of this job for a bit. I only feel at ease when I plan well, budgeting is part of that plan. Plan plan plan then plan again :)

Hi thank you - I studied marketing in tertiary- in high school I did art, design & technical drawings. This business needs a natural skill, talent more than a formal education. Also watch lots of videos, DIY, tutorials and attend event workshops to sharpen my skills.
