Apex Legends is a battle royal game in which up to 20 three-man squads land on an island before searching for weapons and supplies to then attempt to defeat all other players in combat. The final team alive wins the round. The game is set in the same sci-fi universe as Respawn Entertainment's Titanfall franchise.[1]
Unlike other prominent battle-royal games, Apex Legends is also similar to "hero shooters", in that it allows the player to choose from a selection of player characters before each round, each with a unique set of skills. The characters are known as "legends" within the game.[2]
The game focuses heavily on teamwork and includes a much praised system of nonverbal communication, known as "Pinging", which allows players to use their game controller in order to communicate to their team things like directions, weapon locations, enemies and suggested strategies.[3]
Using the "Ping" command will create an icon (a so-called Ping) to appear at the location where the player is looking which is accompanied by an appropriate voice line from the player's in-game character. The Ping will be visible to the player as well as their teammates for a short duration. The Ping icon defaults to a "Go" command, which suggests to the squad an area to explore. However, if the player is looking at something specific (such as a weapon or a piece of equipment) then the Ping icon will change contextually to highlight the presence and location of that object.[4]
The Ping command system also has more advanced functionalities, such as tapping the Ping command twice in quick succession to highlight enemies, holding down the Ping command to bring up more detailed options, Pinging when you need ammunition or equipment, context-based Pings which are unique to characters within the game, and being able to respond to or cancel prior Pings.[4]

There was a theory going around that mirage is her uncle. I’m starting to believe it I know vantage was in a ship when her mom was pregnant with her and if it crashed over gaea mirages brothers also crashed over the same planet I think they also resemble each other that honestly would be such a cool revelation

Okay, so this is a wild and bad writing theory, but what if... the father is the real Durado? And Xenia is "Wife No 1"
Now you may say: Vantage is younger than Octane. However, what if what happen is this:
Durado divorced Xenia, Xenia took his sperm to make a heir, so either Durado or Torres framed Xenia to get her out of the way, but she escaped, eventually retrieved the sperm, hide it in Pagos before getting caught up by Gaean authority.
In the meantime, Durado married Octan'es mom, have octane, and then died, allow Torres to take over his identity.
Xenia, using her expertise, took over GDS Vantage and crash land it onto Pagos, where she retrieved the sperm samble and impregenate herself, resulting in Xiomara.
The theory is "good" in the sense that it matches many of the RSPN writing:
1) It ties into existing storyline and known characters. One less storyline to maintain basically (eg: Newcastle storyline is same as Bangalore essentially, while Horizon, Ash, Crypto, Wattson, and Path is another storyline)
1a) RSPN really LOVES the theme of family. So why not make them related?
2) It matches having Xiomara being Cuban-American (yes, "-American". Blame Kevin Lee the writer)

Why am I feeling vantages dad is Kuben Blisk idk why but her mom acts kinda like blisk idk why but I just got a feeling. I mean... Its not like he was near Maggie 24/7. He could have a romance with someone while Maggie was busy being a warlord and stuff, Fuse was always more into doing what he wants and fighting. And he and Maggie was like a brother/sister, so I dont think she would have any objections into him having sex with people. Other thing is that Fuse is clearly the father model during the season cinematic, while Horizon is the mom.
@@smoothtura2375 i thought of that, but fuse being in the tv while vantage moms was watching her doughter's speech and giving little to not react makes me thing he is not related, also i feel he is more father like towards mirage.

Bloodhound has no gender, and the story doesn’t fit as well. Bloodhound never left the planet he/she (I do not know how to refer a person with no gender, because English is my second language) lived in until he/she joined the games. Also, he/she is quite young to be Vantage’s dad. So there’s no possibility.

A character who has no discernable father figure, who got confused with her mother by a DNA scan, and who's mom is a prisoner for as of yet unrevealed crimes, possibly against ethics? I don't know about you but that seams an awful lot like a cloning plot.

Man, I'm getting kind of sick of these new characters, I just want Jack Cooper.
Honestly I prefer a whole new character better than Maggie or Jackson who just feel like they should have stayed side characters. But characters returning from Titanfall like Ash and eventually Cooper and Blisk are more than wellcolm, in my opinion
