I don't usually write comments about these videos, but there are so many old (and some bad) things here, that I just had to speak up... 1- (0:01) Yes, you can use a crescent wrench, just about any crescent wrench, to pull nails but only if the nails are up out of the wood by 1/2" or more and only if the head of the nail is the right size for the crescent wrench. It would probably be better to use the hammer that you couldn't successfully drive that nail into the wood with, to remove it. 2- (0:11) Electrical cover plates take into account that part of an electrical box sits on the face of the drywall, countersinking into the drywall like this is unnecessary and it weakens the drywall (drywall actually gets a lot of its strength from the paper that is on both sides) 3- (0:36)A plastic hose clamp? I'll stick with the worm drive clamps that have been around for decades. They are cheap, reliable and available in sizes up to, I think 10 or 12 inches, and require a screw driver or nut driver to tighten rather than an expensive pair of channel locks. 4- (1:28) Lock wire pliers have been around for decades in the aircraft industry. I'm not sure when they were first used, but I know it's been at least 50 years. 5- (1:53) Five minute epoxy, who hasn't heard of this? It's available from the inexpensive stuff that you can buy in a grocery store, to high-strength industrial epoxies that can cost upwards of $100 per tube. 6- (2:04) "This machine unscrews any nut in seconds, no matter how tight it is". I'll stick with an impact wrench. They are smaller, lighter, just as powerful, doesn't have to be used from the ground, probably costs the same or less than that contraption, and I can put it IN my toolbox at the end of the day. 7- (2:27) Pneumatic and electric shears like this have been around for decades. Now you can get them in cordless too... 8- (3:01) "Every roofing company needs to have this". Again, these have been around for decades. It talks about preventing injuries, then shows a worker on a roof that was almost one misstep away from falling off the roof with a bundle of shingles. I assume this was shot in the USA, in which case you guys should know about OSHA having rules about using fall protection in situations like this. 9- (5:44) Pressure washer, another one that's been around for decades. Yes, you can cut many materials, including steel plate, with high pressure water- they've been doing this for decades too. 10- (6:33) Diamond discs for grinding concrete, wanna guess? Ya, decades... 11- (7:22) A cylinder hone, come on...? I'm almost 60 and we had these when I was in high school and they weren't anything new then. 12- (8:13) The Makita beam planer is not new or unique. Aside from Makita, these are manufactured by Mafell, Festool, Triton, HEMA and others. Once again these have been around for decades. 13- (8:38) This is the click-bait that got me to watch this video to begin with. "A tool on your keychain is super helpful, it can take you out of an emergency". Yes, I guess they can be, but exactly WTF does this thing do??
SO... what's next? Perhaps you could do a video on these electronic things I've heard about. They're amazing machines, almost magic. They have a keyboard like a typewriter, combined with a screen like a tv, and speakers like a radio. You can plug them into a wall or even run them on batteries. Now, if we could just figure out a way to use them to get information or send messages all around the world...
BTW, my apologies to all. I never intended for this review to go on as long as it did. I resisted going off against all the clips because there are a couple cool ones, but they are overshadowed by how many bad ones there are.
When I did roofing, we had the shingles delivered onto the roof. The delivery trucks had a boom lift that would put them on the roof with the pallet. We would just haul down what we didn't need. Easier down than up.
Did You Notice The Guy Had No Safety Harness.. lol
Haul them down? We dropped ours off flat.
To old for extra work
If it doesn’t work as an adjustable wrench it always will work as a nail puller
Nice video mate and very good work. Keep it up. 👍😁
I like the tape thing for painting edges.
참 신기한 도구들이네요^^!!
The first item they show, the orange "auto wrench", was made black and decker about 20 years ago.
I do love a tool that can save me getting 'back paint' 9:09
Que chulada de herramientas!
Going to save a lot of back paint with that tool!
It's so hard to paint the back anyway.. not being able to reach and all.... not to mention the pain! 😉

Amazing tools
Did roofing as a kid. We used basically the same power hoist then. They were old 50 years ago and you make it sound like a new invention.
What About The Safety Harness.????. Lol Dude Almost Took a Long Spill.!!!. 😂
@@Debauchee Yes indeed. Great point!
Can we have names of these tools please or a list of links to purchase these tools please for future videos ?
No, that would ruin the clickbait of it all
It seems to me if those products are sponsoring the video they should require contact information
Totally agree
The one at about 2:28 is called air shears or pneumatic shears. They work pretty good for sheet aluminum, thin fiberglass sheeting, and thin steel sheeting. The jaws do get dull and need changing, but I had a pair for decades while I was a semi trailer mechanic.
@@MaryAnnNytowl
Yeah, get them at Harbor freight very inexpensively.
The chain wip looks more like a weapon than a tool, I mean, what situation would you really use it safely? Cutting long grass?
Wall art is all those things are good for.
what chain whip?
I had the idea for masking master 20 years ago, I'll need to get one.
That's happened to me a lot, too. Remember when those fold up chairs that fold to about 12-13 cm across (4-5 in) first came out? I had the idea to make a camping bed the same way, but never did anything with it. A few years later, there they are, for sale, using pretty much the same method I thought of to use. 🤷♀️ Here I coulda been rich... _~sigh~_
Some of these tools I have. The one is a pair of what we called in the military safety wire pliers. They are used to keep nuts and bolts secure and prevent them from backing out under heavy vibration. We used them in the aviation field. I believe snap-on sells them.
Удивительный, потрясающий электронный разводной ключ-гвоздодер. Как только мне понадобится разбирать деревянный забор, который скручен болтами разного диаметра + прибит гвоздями, обязательно буду покупать такой!!!
Really fantastic video. Thanks a lot.

Figured this is the best way to get in contact with someone since this is their most recent video, been watching their car repair videos and am looking at getting the rear end of my 1993 Nissan 300zx repaired, was considering doing the repairs myself but then came across this and began becoming curious as to how much they charge for something like this. Even if it’s a fair amount more in cost it might be worth it considering Ik very little about the repairing process meaning it would be done the correct way and I’m almost positive it’d be done one hell of a lot faster as well.

Incredibly useful tools with innovative features, designed to facilitate DO IT YOURSELF jobs. 👌👌👍👍

Очень класные иструменты 👍 но с нынешними ценами только малоток отвёртка и гваздадёр по корману .
@ 1:12 Always face the ladder when descending! I've seen slip and falls that put guys out of work
do you walk backwards down stairs? cause those look like steps, not a ladder
@@quinnyboi9 Tell that to the Navy
How do we get a list of each product and name I wanna order a bunch of this stuff
Some of them you do not need them, like the second one, the paper makes the drywall stronger and the plastic doesn't need to be flush, all fixtures came ready to cover the plastic
@@alvilla701
@1:28 - those wire-twisting pliers aren't new. They've been around for decades. I was a helicopter mechanic in the US Army from 1985 - 2006 and I always had a pair in my toolbox.
@dolita windo - it's a survivalists' multitool.
That's like the one at about 2:28; it's a pair of air shears or pneumatic shears. I had a pair for decades while I was a semi trailer mechanic.
This one was a bit of mixed bag wasn't it? Some really cool stuff but also some completely useless or even dangerous. Stainless steel chain whip!?
Those wire twisters have been around since and before the 60's. I've used them many times at my job. Aircraft mechanic.
love the fact that the tool at ~7:24 doesn't even get named, but the hone has also been around for quite a while, and i'm sure using them in drills is not that new either.
I've seen those before and never knew what they were for.
@@bender49ers Aircraft mechanic here too...we call them 'safety wire pliers.' I have small, medium, and large ones. It's actually the only FAA approved method of safety wiring in aviation. 👍

The toolbar 3:23 looks quite handy
Впечатляет 💀 надо наверно всю жизнь на эти инструменты 🛠 копить?
@@Den-po5py many of these would be for people in the profession that are relevant to using them. For example, I have a pair of the air shears (pneumatic cutters, I think they call them here), for cutting sheet metal and such. I used the _~bleep~_ out of them at work, all the time. I was a semi (lorry) trailer mechanic for 2½ decades, and they came in really handy for trailer repairs.
What was the keychain tool? Looks like something I would like to own.
What was the point of the steel chain whip, in what situation would anyone need that. It just seems unbelievably dangerous.
for real right?
this ladder is lightweight which makes it easy to move,
this compact welder is great for corner welds,
this CHAIN WHIP is made out of CHAINS and WHIPS!
...one of these things is not like the other
The chain whip could be very handy if you are trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Just be sure you have good PPE so you don't get any infectious zombie flesh or fluids on you.
@ ≈ 2:29 can confirm - that style of shears, the pneumatic ones, are really good on sheet aluminum, like for semi trailer side panels! I was a trailer mechanic for 2½ decades, before I was disabled, and used them a whole lot! Their jaws do get dull and need chanted out, though.
I've always called them double cuts. I do HVAC and they are amazing

@bilishu aliss If you're pulling a nail, then the wood surface has already been destroyed. No need to be overly dramatic.
We were using that ladder lift for shingles and plywood over 30 years ago and still have it.
Really? Never seen one before. 20 years ago I ran shingles up and down a ladder for 10.00 an hour lol
Oh thank God....I always need to take nails out when using a crescent wrench on nuts and bolts ......
Hahaha I thought the same exact thing!
