Black eyed Peas hold a special place in my household for special holiday meals especially New Years Day. Thought to bring luck for the new year, folks all across the country eat black eyed peas. This recipe is my way of cooking them. Hope you enjoy.

I make them every new year and on my birthday But I put a beef shank or smoke turkey wing meat in mine. Do you have a smoke turkey parts video?
