Welcome to MidSouth Construction's latest restoration project showcase at Bethel Baptist Church in Fairview, KY! Join us as we document the meticulous restoration of this historical steeple, which suffered storm damage from straight-line winds.
The severe winds caused the steeple to lean and resulted in cracking, prompting the church to involve their insurance company. After thorough inspections by engineers, a plan was formulated, and MidSouth Construction stepped in to assist with the insurance claim process and provide a detailed budget for the restoration.
Our skilled team is now hard at work reconstructing the steeple to its former glory. In addition to structural repairs, we're enhancing the steeple's aesthetic with new queen anne gutters, slate, and copper coverings. The result will be a stunning architectural masterpiece that promises longevity-projected to endure for a remarkable 100 to 300 years!
