"We do not have enough homes here". That has been the headlines EVERYWHERE for 10 years or more.
Exactly. Take a look at the new home start graphs, we have been underbuilding for 10+ years!
I notice that out by RIDGEFIELD, near I-5, things are being cleared out and construction beginning on...something/s.
What might they build right near a Freeway? What might the people already living in that area wish for? What happens when all the Farmland is bought up and developed? Hmm. On another note--
FINANCING, when you live alone. Suppose you want to move into a 55+ manufactured home park but have zero money saved up for a down payment. Question; Do people ever get a Loan from their Credit Union or Bank, just big enough for a down payment? Can this be done? What sorts of things might a loan dept want for "collateral"?

Thanks for watching! On the main Pioneer St exit, there is a large development which will house costco, in-n-out burger, and many other stores.
Traditional lenders will not lend on manufactured homes in park, you would need to contact a manufactured home lending specialist.

Your video gives me good knowledge. it is very interested in about the status of Houses. the information to increase 500K houses in 20 years is very interesting. I live in Camas since 2001 and I may back to Japan in few years from now. Do you think that the market in Camas may be still driven by Sellers at that time?
Thanks for watching, hopefully it has been helpful for you! As of right now, especially in Camas, it is still a Seller's market. I can't estimate for a few years out since that is so far away, but I will say that Camas continues to be a very desirable spot to live and my listings usually sell quickly. What area of Camas do you live in?
