Playing Sacred Stones (and the other two GBA games for that matter) is extremely easy thanks to Emulators being a thing, and they don't really look as outdated as the first five games. Although I do agree with your first poin: Let's hope this game sells well enough so we can get Genealogy and Thracia Remakes!

Yes. You seriously have no idea what a large map is until you've seen the massive countries (literally) that you fight on in Jugdral. Every map is either an entire country or at the very least a large chunk of it.
I feared they would replicate Awakening's design of a large chunk of metal instead of a proper sword. This one by constrast looks amazingly elegant, a proper sword
I love this game. In some ways, better than 3 houses: While 3 houses I feel has a more dramatic story and replay value... This game has attention to detail. The animations in battle are great, they feel grounded and animations even change depending on how the fight plays out- I.E. if the opponent misses and your unit is supposed to attack, they dodge and strike in one move. And even if they do get hit, you can see the opponent attempting to react to the strike anyways, flinching just before the blow (3H has them blocking... Then they just get hit and suddenly their guard doesn't exist, and sometimes attacks just go straight through units as they "dodge"). And, of course, the dialogue here: Every single unit having their own short speech before the final battle just made it THAT much more epic!
Echoes would be great for a banner in Heroes to promote the game when the international version comes out. I still want Sacred Stones, but Echoes seems like a logical choice.

Compared to the original Famicom version, this is not only one hell of an upscaling, but it also felt like a crazy re-arrangement that expands and adds new ideas to the table. I heard this tune for over a hour straight while fighting the final boss last night and it felt so epic to feel the pressure of taking down everyone that stood in my army's way. That is a fantastic way to do a remake and the guys at Intelligent Systems should be proud :D
I never felt more stressed battling a Fire Emblem final boss. And it's all because of this music! Careful planning so you don't get irreversibly worn down; keeping from making even the slightest mistake; hoping Mila's Turnwheel is enough to keep your people alive from unforeseen flanks and overruns. It's always tactical hell when I get to this part. And this song makes it totally worth it to go through!
It would be dope if Nintendo continues the remakes on handheld, while doing the newer entries on the Switch. This remake is looking like everything I could want from a FE game. This remastered soundtrack is godlike.
Well I'd object. I like End of All the best. End of All manages to incorporate the main theme (Lost in Thoughts All Alone) and make it epic, the singing is also wonderful.
I like end of all more because I'm a band nerd and that percussion section made me freak out when I first heard end of all. Though this has some REALLY good horn parts.
Still think End Of All has a bigger "Let's finish this" vibe, and is actually my favorite. But this song definitely stand up to Id Purpose and this is a hell of a compliment. Also, the part between 0:48 and 1:10 gives me goosebumps

It's actually every 4 attacks, and they do actually tell you about it at the Sage's Hamlet, this one guy tells you "4.. 8.. 12" On the other hand, it's not very explicit at all and I totally didn't catch it my first playthrough

Antonio Ramos I mean, overall Fates soundtrack is better, but for Final boss themes if you combine all of Fates' you get a 4 part, 13 minute epic. In Echoes, you get four minutes of sheer awesomeness, on loop.
Akuma Kami Worst in the series? No, that would have to go to Shadow Dragon, the original Gaiden, and Binding Blade. And Fates is certainly better than Echoes and Awakening in some regards.

Even though I played Gaiden before this game SoV really made Alm a more fleshed out character I believe. After beating SoV Alm has quickly became one of my favorite FE characters of all time can't wait to see more older FE remakes soon.
Echoes was so fun. Except for Duma himself. He killed Celica with lucky 40% hit, with a 7% crit or something and Milas turnwheel doesn’t work like divine pulse does in 3H so I had to do the whole fight all over again. Also those weird duplicating eyes were annoying
Now we need Geology 1 and 2 (Is that how you spell it?), Tharcia, Binding Blade, Sacred Stones, Blazing Sword, Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn, and for last should be Marth's games, Shadow Dragon and New Mystery of the Emblem. Marth is the one who started the series, it's only right he gets to finish it.

The thing I like best about this battle is that Alm and Celica's foolishness both end and their armies become one.
Even though I played Gaiden before this game SoV really made Alm a more fleshed out character I believe. After beating SoV Alm has quickly became one of my favorite FE characters of all time can't wait to see more older FE remakes soon.
While the game was just okay in my opinion, the soundtrack was phenomenal. FE never fails when it comes to it's original soundtracks.

Echoes was so fun.
Except for Duma himself. He killed Celica with lucky 40% hit, with a 7% crit or something and Milas turnwheel doesn’t work like divine pulse does in 3H so I had to do the whole fight all over again.
Also those weird duplicating eyes were annoying

Marth is the one who started the series, it's only right he gets to finish it.
