    Things I've accomplished before 6:30:
    - completed 2 loads of laundry
    - folded 5 loads (was backlogged from a busy weekend)
    - competed 2 loads of dishes
    - showered
    - dressed
    - prepared my day with you, Terri
    - listened to 2 Christian inspiration videos
    - caught up on news headlines
    Now, to wake the kids and make breakfasts and lunches. Here we go.

      I should note, the cold randomly woke me up an hour before my alarm at 4:30 (I have 4 kids), so I used the time wisely and warmed up by folding hot laundry from the dryer.
      Now we have a weeks' worth of clean uniforms for the whole family, even matched, rolled socks!!!
      For an ADHD momma, that's a miracle in itself and will save us 25 minutes every day doing a sock hunt through 4 bins of clean laundry piled up. Praise Jesus! We have clean socks that match and fit and will be available when we need them! Woohoo! Praise the Lord!
      We were still late. I gotta get the kids up earlier. That will be key tomorrow. Dho!

      Part of why I like Terri is the the self development. You don't have to be Christian to enjoy her version of like Tony Robbins style self help advice without the creepy NLP factor.
      She seems so down to earth, and relatable, yet upbeat and cheery at the same time.

    Getting up at 5.30am has been of great benefit in my life. It also helped me develop a foundation in my relationship with God, helped me develop good habits and structure. I enjoy the early mornings!

    Last year I read 5 things successful people do before 8.am, and what a change in my life it has made . I always woke up early but without a plan, but now I have a plan, I exercise, I finished my novel which is by my editor to be released in May, I pray more and read more. I was an early riser but you helped put my hours to good use... ❤️ 🙏

    I began to make a new routine 17 days ago by starting a 40 day challenge of morning walk for at least 20 minutes as I heard from you a couple of years ago. Now when I feel less motivated, I listen to you talking about thia as I'm walking so I feel better and better every time. Or I listen to other podcasts. So in fact I am doing 2 things in my routine now. But after this 40 day challenge, I will add something else to this. I'm thinking of meditation and journaling. The reading I do almost everyday. Anyway thank you so much! You are helping me soooooo much! You can not imagine how good I feel about myself everyday because of this new routine!
    By the way, I am a life coach from Iran. And I am doing this new routine with my followers on instagram. And I'm helping them to make their own routine!

    Oh dear Terri! On page 113 of Dream it. Pin it. Live it. Two weeks by and I have improved some habits. There is lots to do but motivation comes from self-discipline and i'm on it!. I praise the Lord for you existence. Love you so much and I love the rest of the world and the entirely God's creation.

    My life is changing everyday and its fantastic your teachings do work if you do them. I started taking this very serious and listening and practicing what you teach. I moved out of the basement, I got promoted and released from a Timeshare. Also I own my own place and it all looked impossible but not for our God. I now have bigger dreams and it's a blast to see and expect more blessings. Even my vision board is bigger and beautiful.
    I love you Terri. You're so brave and courageous.

    I discovered you when you came to reslife in granville. I used to go there and I still watch their sermons online.     Yes, and so I am, on the verge of both of us, spliting up from each other as like as we were viruses.... *"a plan for self improvement"* , Lovely. The plan: *"wake up earlier in the morning"* , go for a walk at a speed pace after having woke up, pray giving thanks to God in the name of Jesus, even if I'm not so grateful...in fact for me all this is almost a torture.

    I am new to your channel and my honest conclusion is that, you only could have God speaking though you directly to me. I really honest learn something new or get renewed motivations each time that I listen to you. Only God can do that like that and God is truly with you.     Terry thank you so much for your words today. I have a pretty defined morning routine (and 2 boys 3 and under at home) but since January 1st I started to implement my quiet time again and I have to tell you, it’s been pretty hard to defend. A million things will happen so I won’t do it, plus the guilt of not been doing “more” for others at this time, but I’ve stick to it and it has really helped my mental health for the most part.

    This is exactly what i did and still do almost 2 months and worship but also plan my days. Omg this is amazing and now i train longer and stronger and my inner thoughts are changing and i am more positive and i feel different now. From 5-9 am nothing and no one will stand between my private time with the lord! Everything is changing! ❤️

    Funny how this video showed up in my feed a few minutes ago. I was actually looking for ideas about coffee stations. I woke up at 5 this morning but I laid there praying and thinking until I fell back to sleep. I’ve been trying to work up the motivation to get up earlier.     I have an odd question after I comment. Yes, good advice to consistently get up early developing better habits and will eventually fall asleep earlier to get the necessary sleep and rest. Now I apologize if my question seems out of line, truly just wondering; who was home with your little girl while you were walking? I say that as some single parents don't have someone in the home to be able to leave but prayer time definitely works.

    I wake up 7 days a week at every 5:00am ,first I tidy my bed, pray than read my bible for 1hr. It has helped me to become a better person.
    Btw....I set my alarm on my phone, but leave my phone further away from my bed. That way I have to get up and turn it off, my sleepness goes away. Now I wake up before my alarm rings 😊😊

      How about consistently trying to do the steps at night if that is your time to shine. Exercise, devotionals laundry etc.... Then sleep in. Just a thought for those night owls!

    I get up at 5:30 am every morning; even on weekends...cause I found out that 5 am was to early for me. I'm in bed at 9pm every night, too.

    My goal is to get up @ 4:20 AM, My opportunity clock is set up for tomorrow morning @ 6:29 AM. Every day the opportunity clock is moved 1 minute closer to the Target Time.

    One thing you need to explain to make the statement real - what time do you go to bed.
    God has designed the body to benefit from the right amount of sleep. Did you reduce your time in bed or turn the dial on your body clock to both start and finish earlier?

    Ayo Terri, you didn't tell me that waking up early can mean constant yawning and feeling sleepy during the day. I am doing it wrong guys?? I really want to keep up with my newly established routine.

      To get full mental and physical rest, avoid caffeine of any kind after 12pm. You’ll feel more energized next day.
