Y'all love Damon, and now I can't wait for you to meet Klaus. :)
Yes they were my favs
Why are you spoiling shit?
@@Streakinmyhair that's hardly a spoiler but yeah I'd rather not have anybody dropping important names around
I loved klaus, but ngl I liked alaric-klaus better than the original one lol. I like salty saltzman
â@@inzaghiscornsalad7034hell na original Klaus is way better with his British accent
Vervain doesn't undo a previous compulsion, it only stops further new compulsions.
The brothers bond in this episode đ€âš
No wonder they started a liquor brand named 'brothers bond bourbon'.. đ
@@rebekahislam3355 yeah, I said that in that context only đ
Chefâs kissđâš
Elena came through this episode, had it not been for her the vervain ropes would have been an issue. Even knowing sheâs a human sheâll put herself at risk to save those she cares about đ„°
I loved seeing Damon and Alaric work together, they really do make a good duo. I also loved how much Damon cares about Stefan, they bicker and have their differences but Damon still created a plan and found a way to get him back. I think you guys will quickly learn why Damonâs face was like that at the end of the episode when he sees Stefan drinking blood.
yeah, she can't do the most but i do admire her for at least trying and she came through
i know a lot of people call her useless (basically because she's human) but she still tries to do a hell of a lot and never gives up on people regardless
she's not the type of person to sit by and watch people get harmed like a lot of people are
it may not be the smartest thing to do but's it's super admirable
Not gonna lie I love watching people react to the vampire diaries but yâall have better reactions. Some people just stay quiet and watch like damn that shit is boring. I like how you guys make your own theories to whatâs gonna happen!
I really enjoy the discussion they do at the end.
JerBearReacts is great too
@@bodigames yeah I also watched his reactions
Not everyone shows reactions the same. I would watch something I'm genuinely interested in quietly and concentrated, rarely with any reactions at all đ€·ââ
of course, but if you're doing REACTION videos... haha. But I know what you mean. I do however enjoy their discussions at the end which a lot of channels could incorporate if they are the type to silently watch like you say.@@lightefilit
Now you are going to see sneak peeks of Riphhhhh.
Stephen compelled Viki but she was still having visions of Damon about to attack him. Heâs weak because heâs on the bunny diet.
Logan most likely still have family and thatâs why he couldnât get into his house. Logan is a Fell, so Iâm sure thereâs other Fells around since they are a founding family.
Others vampires couldnât get into Damon & Stephenâs home because of their nephew. Once Damon killed him, Pearl & Anna were able to get in and she even commented about how there was no humans to prevent other vampires to get in.
Vampires could get into public places without an invite.
Damon most likely compelled Jer to forget that he saw Viki attacking him and her death. And his pain. Vervain is to prevent vampires from compelling you once youâre wearing it or ingested it. Once it leaves your system or youâre no longer wearing/touching it, then you can be compelled again.
Yes, Stephenâs an addict when it comes to human blood. Hence the reason he drinks Bambiâs blood.
Vampires like the chase and to play with their food. We saw that in the first two episodes when Damon were playing with those strangers. Then the vampire toying with Elena before the brothers killed him
A lot of people use Stephen when talking about Stefan, and I have yet to get used to it, but that's just because I read it as "Steve-in" instead of "Steff-in", despite both pronouncations being correct for Stephen.
Compulsion is very specific to the words that have been spoken. Damon compelled Jeremy with Elena words, that Vicky left and it was for the best, and that the pain of having seen her dying is gone. He never compelled him to forget that he loved her, or the memories of the sleeping together. You cannot override a compultion done by others, the lady in the house was told NEVER to allow DAMON in. With Stefan compultion to Vicky it wasn't effective because he cannot do it properly he doesn't have to ability to make it permanent, because he is on a fake vampire diet, the animal diet and he has been on the diet for long time. So once he tested the real thing, impacted him much strongly and when you give what your body really crave it is difficult to fight it and go back to a fake diet. Stefan has more of an eating disorder.
Logan never said he was the legal owner of the house.
He said he can't get into his house (i.e. the house where he lives/is staying at, doesn't mean he owns it) and that he lives alone.
There are 2 options:
âą He is a Fell, and they're one of the Founding Families. There are other members of this family in the same town (as you will see). It's likely that the house he was living in belonged to the Fell family but was not on Logan's name itself, but another living relative (who's more wealthy) in the town.
âą Option 2 would be that he was renting a house (therefore, having another legal living owner), which isn't far-fetched because he's a small-town on-the-rise news guy trying to make a living (he doesn't seem to have a high, important, wealthy status, other than being on the secret Council).
I chuckle at how everyone rolls their eyes at Elena's decisions or actions but almost always she makes the right call. This episode is the first.
She really didnât make the right choice her judgment was clouded and if Damon hadnât killed that vampire the vampire would have killed her
There is this little thing called plot armor⊠it comes in handy whilst making dogshit choices for your characters.
@@wiledertoster4691 it can be said about all characters then
I don't think Elena's decisions are the right call. Most of the time they are rash and emotionally driven. But they are realistic. Real, normal humans make decisions that are mostly emotionally driven. Viewers always expect characters to be super smart and have crazy logic and self-control, but that's just not realistic. So I would say Elena is totally irrational in her decisions, but it's not a bad thing. It can be annoying at times because it happens SO often, but it's part of the few things in a supernatural show to make it all believable.
LOL, okay.
I watched season one like 50 times since 2009 when it aired so Iâm so ready for season 2, canât wait to see your reactions! đđŒalmost there lol
Let a man eat!!! You don't know what that does to stefan!!!
ikr riphhhhhh
@@tikmark4234 i'm getting chills!!!!!!
I always assumed since itâs one of the founding families the house was probably left in the family name making the living family the new ownerâŠI guess lol
Who You are as a human plays a part on how you are as a vampire and what areas of the personality and lifestyle may be amplified. At first the show made it seem that he is the âgoodâ brother and has morals but every vampire has a past and if you look at Someone like Vicki, who had an addictive personality, some people would have a hard time resisting cravings.
I think Logan said his apartment which probably means he has a landlord and they own it. Al last that's what I thought
It surprises me how long itâs taking you to finish the chocolates đ
I am kind of binging these reactions, it's funny seeing the mountain of chocolate get smaller lol
Great reaction!
Vervain prevents but not undo compulsion. If you were compelled and drink vervain this will not undo the compulsion you suffer, it will just protect you from being compelled again.
If you notice in this show thereâs always just syringes of vervain everywhere they somehow will magically pull them out in any situation lmao
Love the reaction đ hope we see more soon
We are getting closer to you know whođ„đ„đ„
@@GameOn71213 canât wait đđ
The Logan thing is pretty simple, actually. He is NOT the owner of his house. This things always happen when you rent a house, or the house owner is your dad.
BTW the reason you get horror movie tropes in TVD because the show co-produced by Kevin Williamson who also is the writer and producer of the Scream franchise and I Know What You Did Last Summer.... Probably Logan couldn't get into his house because his name is not on the deed.
love this episode

Why is the roche just sitting there? Is it the same one from the last episode? I donât think it would last a day around me đ©đ©
If I devoured them like Damon devours people, you'd hear nothing but wrappers all video đ
-Aqeel
@@Times6ix đđ Iâm just pissed itâs just sitting there and youâre teasing me by having them there on display đ
I think the reason Logan was locked out of his house is because it belonged to his family not to him if it had been his when he died he wouldn't have needed invited in because it was still his they only need invited into houses that belong to people they can enter houses belonging to vampires or houses that don't belong to anyone there is a few characters in later seasons I bet you guys will love
They confused you because the writers changed the rules when logan turned into a vamp he wasnât able to get in his house when he lived alone when really he wouldâve been able to. but that was a writers error for messing that up lol
You all should watch the actual movie "let the right one in" and see how light weight this series is.
LĂ©gacies pls
I believe logan lived in an apt maybe
Probably not the place but anyone know Evie and if she is going to make another channel? Went to watch some TVD reactions and her channel was terminated.
He rented.
nice
what are ur zodiac signs
Yh the Logan thing is kind of a plot hole I think they were still trying to iron out their rules but it could be said that Logan was renting the house so when he died there still was another owner even if they didnât live there so in that case Logan couldnât enter. But Damon killed the only owner of the house so he could get in.
There are no plot hole in TVD, you just have to pay attention to details. Logan is part of the Founding families, they know he is dead by a vampire and his property are very likely gone to the next of kin in the family, that is why he couldn't get in. That is why Damon here ask to the lady if she had husband or children, she cannot be uncompelled so he had to kill her to get in but it would have been a problem if she had someone else that was her immediate next of kin that could automatically own the house and therfore without invitation he wouldn't have being able to get in.
It's not a plothole. They can't spell every single thing out in a show.
@@Patricia7561 lol there are definitely some plot holes in TVD but I agree with u that they are subtle with things which makes it fun to dissect and discuss. What I said about there being another owner is basically another suggestion of what u said just with different words.
@@chanzy8613no, there are only people that don't understand what is going on. I've watch it many times and discuss it with people. There are zero plot holes in TVD everything, and I mean everything, is explainable according to what the writers wrote. This show is packed with tiny details and if you miss something it became an non existent plot hole because younger audience don't understand what is going on.
What if Logan was renting? If heâs dead, itâs technically the landlordâs property!
ok see Elena I love sis but cmon. what is gonna do. against old vampires like yo
