There is a guy that comes into my boyfriends bike shop every day with at least two or three parrots on his shoulders and hangs around for ours asking them all sorts. The shop calls him "parrot man" and there's always bird poo all over his back. Parrot man and parrot woman would make a great couple haha
I've seen a dude walking past Harrods with two massive blue and yellow parrots (or Macaws to be accurate) on his back...got an Instagram picture. Totally nuts! Got to love London.

So strange..the last time i was in London i saw an old man with two giant parrots like that, except they were green/blue/yellow and they were also on his shoulders ...whatt. It was a small park near Oxford street, and he went and sat on a bench with the parrots and fed them cookies. That was so surreal and i got a awesome photo of them.. But yeah, how weird hahah.
