I keep saying someone should start a class action lawsuit against twitch, especially after this. I feel like it would be pretty hard for Twitch to defend someone getting railed out on stream and only getting banned for a few days. I get that going to court won't solve everything, but maybe Twitch would freak out about their image and make some changes.

The only problem is the cost. A lawsuit costs so bloody much, you got to be really determined to go through with it. There is also a chance the precedent will be set in twitches favour.

Do y’all remember when a chick showed her gaping holes in full view on Twitch and she only got a 48-72 hour ban? This entire situation should not come as a shock to anyone who isn’t new to Twitch. I would genuinely like to see someone try to take some kind of legal action against Twitch and see how it plays out, it’s certainly not going to be hard to find any kind of evidence.

At this point, Twitch should just have a Hub gate. They would make so much more money and it separates the content which many have wanted for a long time. Double standard stuff like this hasn't been anything new to Twitch's platform. As much as I'd love for Twitch to finally take some consequences for this, I've mostly given up on them ever truly changing for the better. People have been saying Twitch is going to die for years and it never happened.
Don't forget CZcams's platform might be falling as well since more people are calling out their incompetence on copyright strikes and possible proof of them being bias with some agendas even to people who have shown obvious signs of hate speech, and blatantly striking people's channels for any spec of criticism. We need to get another company to get good reputation and takeover the streaming platform at least, it would be way too hard to takeover the CZcams content videos and such though as I don't expect that anytime soon

I had a friend who was permanently banned (a few months later finally reversed) for JOKING that he was 12 years old when he was verbally and physically obviously in his 20s.
What I find funny is the person isn't even attractive. Like you would expect this level of favoritism would be shown for a pretty looking girl but this one is below average.

I think there are two things that can really push CZcams to really compete face to face with twitch; a free membership option akin to twitch prime, and easier monetization. I'm not saying it's all about the money, but it is significantly easier to get monetized on twitch than it is youtube for the most part.
