- The Planted racing seat adapter plates put the seats too high for my liking, coupled with not enough adjustment front to back, so I found a way to make the OEM rails work, with most seats.
Couldn’t find any articles on Google or CZcams, hopefully this helps someone else. Thanks y’all
Thank you for this video. I almost took out the angle grinder to grind down the studs to use the sliders aswell.
Are the powder blue crocks required equipment for this successful seat swap? Wondering if substituting other colored crocks will effect the success of this swap or if I'll need to add shoe shopping to the hardware store run. Thanks for another great how to vid #FortuneHeart

@@FortuneHeart no worries… did you end up running the seat belt buckle if so how did you mount it ?
@@andrewvalencia6489 I have bet finished that part, but I will be using a L bracket to the seat mount, or using harnesses
@@FortuneHeart I took the stock seat belt and bracket from the seat and bolted it to the side mount that’s flipped sideways

I’m sure you could, I’m just too tall for regular seat mounts, that’s why I did this
