To all the fitness people who advise chewing gum for jawline 😂😂
Yes.. I thought so too..
chewing gum is actually a bad idea and no proper fitness influencer will suggest u to do so... doing regular exercise and facial muscle exercise is a much better solution...
Chewing gum increases the amount of blood flow to the brain, resulting in greater focus. I use it for work and studying all the time.
It keeps your mouth fresh and clean
It helps me to avoids unnecessary food cravings.
It gives you a good jawline.
@@kumar-jatin-2000 well it won't be long before you face it's side effects which include cavities headaches tmj and not to mention jaw stress and deformity....
Chewing gum works. It's actually a good jaw exercise. My plump lower cheeks have reduced n become more contoured. Only drawback it harms your teeth
Pimples are completely normal some get during adolescent phase and some dont actually... It dependd on your genetics too ig kashmiris dont actually get pimples❤

We should respect our age and our body
Drew Barrymore said it nicely (regarding aging)
“I don’t want to fight nature.”
No matter what you do, all end in getting reduced to pounds of ashes or turning into soil.
Agreed....all that hassle to look maybe 5-10 yrs younger.....why?
Because they have money
They can do whatever with it
Who are we to judge people?
Let people do what they want
It's their wish
But if you're not pretty then ur no one in this world. If you're pretty u get everything, if not then u get nothing. Its the truth, I've faced it, I know.
@@vivi-111_
Yeah it's a fact
Being gorgeous does gives u privilege in a lot of things
@@vivi-111_if you get something based on only on how you look then that is not worth it … it’s true
During my school days pimples and acne were soo normal no one cared it was very normal people didn't loose any confidence they just said yeah I had too much ghee😂😅
Most people dont even bother
One of my ex classmate while we were in hostel almost starved herself to death just for the sake of being skinny and all she ate was only chewing gums the whole day coz she also fell prey to that Jawline myth.
The amount of chewing she would buy everyday was so concerning.
It was just so traumatizing to see her deteriorating her health day by day just for the sake of people's validation .
Just be natural - aging (senescence) is the law of nature, nothing is permanent jus be the way you are, accept yourself, respect yourself and love yourself❤️
Your external appearances depends on your internal body functions!
So, work out, meditate, eat healthy, stay hydrated and be happy because happiness is by choice not by chance 😊 follow this and you will start glowing inside-out✨
I used to have pimples during puberty and in early 20s. My dermatologist told me to wash my face only once a day with normal water without any soap or face wash liquid. And cover my face when exposed to the Sun or pollution.
Given my skin is dry naturally, I followed his guidelines. I still broke out due to environmental factors and eating habits.
It takes for the regime to work and now my skin is better than it was. Pimples don’t break out, my eating habits improved, I cover my face when I move out and use only cold/normal water to wash my face and apply moisturizer.
There are many factors for pimple break out listed above, so don’t stress much over it. Observe your eating habits, environment, don’t use harsh chemicals or serums because what works for one might be harmful for other :)
Having pimples is like having laser facial guys. You are going to age slow and better . It is like your skin is constantly regenerating. Wear them with pride 😊
Ahhhhh. I'm going through it, I've a lot of pimples. Hope it'll be worth it.
Most people that are black and brown don’t have the ageing problems that the rest of the world does.. but that acne comment is so true and I never thought if it like that.
That muscle also expands due to jaw clenching. I had a v shaped lower jaw growing up, now it's pretty squarish due to that. Another example is v from BTS if you want to see the reference pictures, look at him now vs the time when he debuted.
I mean he looks the same except all those features got amplified it became sharp with ageing
@@ssev4026 I know what happened with me bro! My dentist told me. And v too mentioned the same reason in one of his interviews, that it's due to jaw clenching.
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder is a condition that affects the jaw joint and the muscles that control its movement. It can occur due to teeth clenching habits that cause misalignment of the teeth and surrounding muscles. This misalignment can result in pain, discomfort, and restricted jaw movement. In the longer run it can make your jaw look wider in shape.
I mean ,ig he got it from his father . His father has a square face . Reasonable
@@calli4898 both my parents have a v shaped face. I had a v shaped face which turned into L due to clenching.
V's mom has a v shaped face, dad L. He was born with V, now has L, DUE TO CLENCHING. HE SAID THAT. You are welcome.
She is actually right about chewing gum actually I have big muscles all over my body even my jaw muscle and that jaw muscles looks weird because it is not a jaw line it is something else 😂🤣. But I love myself ♥️ I am happy the way I am♥️.

Koreans has a thicker skin.. and they will look younger longer.
Yeah the chewing gum effect that happened to me! My face was cute heart shaped in my childhood then at my teenage I noticed it became square. Now that I have put on some weight it doesn't have any definite shape or that I can identify! But I have no regrets cause my childhood was awesome with all those big babools, boomers and chiclets😅

Yes I have seen a lady in my relatives whose jaw is way too much expanded and her mother told my aunt that she chewed a lot of chewing gum when she was young so slowly slowly her jaw became like this .
Korean products are quite good! They incorporate many herbs and ingredients that would never be found in North American products. Like mugwort for example!
🤔It is said that pimples start appearing after first periods start, but the opposite is happening with me. When I was in my teens, I did not get a single pimple. But now that I am 25 and I am getting pimples....😭😭😭
Public comment. It is important to making healthy choices when eating. Balance diet. Avoiding stress and Greece foods. Soda and don't use your nail on your face . Avoid chemical products on your face. Avoid too much sweets.

Yes this is true. I thought chewing gum will help me with jawline. Thank god my will power was not that much so i didn't chew much. I was searching about jawline and all, and stumbled upon masseter muscle. And saw what chewing a lot of gum can do. It really does expand so i stopped chewing gum. Goshhh.
Koreans real skin care is everything that a dermatologist asks us to avoid... it's plastic surgery
It's not an plastic surgery
Taking care of ur skin is not please surgery
Skin care is different from plastic surgery. Doing surgery basically changes the shape of the face, eyes, lips, or any other area, and skin care is nourishing your skin with hydration and other essential vitamins necessary to get good and healthy skin.
@anuistrying I heard koreans have best skin care products, but 90% koreans had at least 1 surgery in their life.. why? If they already have the best products, why do they need it?? Because people like you would believe anything that's on the internet
@@gouthamreddy6 If they get plastic surgery, they still need skin care to prevent acne, dehydration, and white or red spots on their skin. Getting plastic surgery isn't going to make them less prone to bad skin texture.
Koreans prefer plastic surgery to look good and to fit in with their beauty standards, because not everyone is born with good looks. Although it's sad that they are pressured to get surgeries, you will be shamed for not being pretty enough like the K-drama actresses.

When i eat chewing gum, my face turns into peanut shape cause the muscles in my temples are more pronounced. Not a flattering look lol
While I like it gives me a better jaw, that also contributes to the peanut shape with the temples combined 😭😭

She’s wrong about chewing gum though

Bro she is not wrong
One of my cousin had heart shaped face but because of chewing gum her face shape changed to Square and she looks kinda weird now .
Whats wrong in getting botox and fillers
Because fillers don't leave your body and migrate it to another place in body. In long run you can end up with serious complications like cancer. Fillers were a thing for people after 40s because half of your life cycle is completed but nowadays even teenagers are getting fillers. And surgery and fillers are two different things surgery has been going on since 1960s so everyone now know its side effects which is good bad but filler is latest idea and you can check some Hollywood families who had fillers at young age like in teen and now at their 20s looking like 40s .
