Hey dude thats a Mix wizzard 16 channel desk? would the 14 channel with group outs be more useful in any way? never tried it so excuse the newb question

yes, this is the MixWiz 16:2 - no busses. i do my grouping to the computer outputs so i don't need them.
12 outs from Logic and the remaining 4 are the FX returns. the 14 channel version is totally viable!
when i do shows with a tape machine, i have 8 outs + 3 FXR - so 11 faders in all.

Victor Rice Thanks for replying. Would be using Ableton, and have some so not sure if the Mixer groups would be useful in that case I would be doing the same thing. What does the Tape machine do? you mean tape delay?
