I used it some times for”checking” some types of food, simply “is this healthy for me now? “
I had my in&out periods w/the pendulum… I noticed that I need to be very calm & detached from the answer …. The Body map test works beautifully 👍🏻

When I was studying naturopathy my teacher told us that and I would take my pendulum shopping and hold it over foods. Now I have kids I just shove things in my trolley and get out of there as quickly as possible 😂 but you’re right, it’s a great way of checking and you can do it at home before eating/ preparing foods. And/ or if you’re considering a 6th cup of tea and not sure it’s a good idea 😂
