1. Easy Said Than Done
2. Any enterpreneur/businessman/shop owner has made it till then just because he loved doing it, he learned to enjoy doing it, wants to keep himself active, build relationships with suppliers, customers
Once such attitude has settled within you
You would not let anyone give any chance to run/ruin it
3. Even such people are not easily found whom we can delegate things easily.
Cuz, there's a difference between the way we see "our" business and way someone else see "someone's" business
3. You can try and make things easier for yourself so that you alone can handle multiple things simultaneously easily using technology but no matter what you do you will have to be present to supervise.

1. how most people run their business
2. What are the things they are bothered about
3. What traditional methods they can leave
4. What new methods they can adopt even for small shop owner
5. Topics such as
inventory management,
invoice management from desktop n apps both
Credit - debit
Accounting
Tax management
And what not
Apart from these, adding new supplier managing them , list of products catalogue they provide, make it accessible to all customers to order our final product(s)
Payroll management
Delivery management
And what not
That's when you will understand what all things are required to automate businesses😊

She never said it's easy and didn't make any claim like "do this in 2 weeks". She set a very reasonable timeline of 2 years. Hi Dhara, the video sounded good because of your way of speaking!
However, I missed depth in this video when talking about a subject as deep as business automation!
Concept wise, you were to the point, but it sounded motivational more than substance.
And, I can vouch for sure having viewed your other videos that you can go much more in depth if you'd like for topics such as How to manage leads on automation, or how to have a customer retention engine with google forms etc
