He was in an open public parking lot, exactly where he was supposed to be, waiting to meet with a police officer that he had already made an appointment to speak with. This state trooper didn’t even belong there, it’s the Myrtle Beach Police Department parking lot, not the highway patrol. Nobody called her there to do anything, because she’s not a police officer, she’s Highway patrolman. She just stopped by the PD for whatever reason (probably picking up court paperwork from the adjacent courthouse) and decided to try to exert her perceived authority. You jumped to a lot of conclusions without even knowing what’s going on.
No way in hell did she pass any kind of fitness test. Nooooooo way!

Auditors claim ‘you can’t be trespassed from public property’ or ‘you must commit a crime to be trespassed from public property.’
What court made this ruling? If no such ruling exists, surely there’s some sort of GSA policy or something??
@Salacious Crumb Google search took me under 2 minutes to find all the answers to your question. No you can't be trespassed from public property unless committing a crime with the exception of government buildings in certain states.
@Salacious Crumb there are certain rules and regulations enforced for people to be able to use public property and cannot be removed/trespassed unless breaking those rules. Aka you must break the law to be trespassed from public property.

Why are police so stupid when it comes to private property and public property? This is how a good percentage of altercations are escalated because law enforcement doesn't know the laws. Re-education for law enforcement is definitely a must.
