RPA - How to extract data from PDF file in Microsoft Power Automate

  • In this video I will show you the following:
    - How to load Power Automate in Microsoft Office
    - How to use Power Automate to extract data from a PDF file
    - How to let Power Automate automatically extract data from a PDF file
    Note: I urge you to follow the steps in the video just to learn the flow,

    You can try to choose different data points to allow PowerAutomate to extract and test it, this will help you a lot :-)

    if we have multipages we need tables from each table and data , three columns file name page number , column 1 and column 2 to fetch all info one single excel sheet is it possible?

      Yes, it should be able to support multiple pages. And yes it it does support columns and table data in the invoice document. You must click Control+shift to highlight the columns
