I was trying out the no mind spike build this dungeon and it was my first time using it, felt a little awkward at first but I think it's pretty good
Disease dispel has high value in this dungeon, finally got my tier set so it's feeling pretty good! my trinkets are awful though, I'll be trying to post stats/gear/damage breakdowns in future videos!
The first fortified week of the 10.1 mythic plus season is feeling pretty good so far!

yes its an on-use trinket called spoils of neltharus, I use an @cursor macro for shadow crash

I just wanna see your stats gear etc, you got a discord maybe I can see a screenshot 🤣, and also what damage meter are you using you looks insanely accurate details is starting to get weird it updates really slow and sometimes it doesn’t even registers my spells and says I’m doing 5k dps when I’m clearly seeing 30-40k mind blast crust every other second following by 20k mind spikes
I'm not sure, I already saw you in my discord though so welcome! You can change the time it takes details to update, mine is on 0.05 I believe! other than that I'm not sure why it would be buggy

I saw some people using this build so I wanted to go ahead and give it a shot, I think it's pretty good. Shadow talents have a lot of "lock-ins" and then the remaining few points I feel like don't have a major impact on your overall damage so it kinda just comes down to preference / group needs imo
How are your action bars so clean? I'm leveling a demo lock and I already have 3 rows of buttons lol
it's a weakaura so it only shows the important abilities that have cooldowns! anything that doesnt have a cooldown isnt shown
so when do you spec into mindflay and when is it mid spike'? i notice u run spike i uldaman how come?
at the moment, there is no reasoning the two latest videos I was just testing out the mind flay build

Is it bad that I macro my vampiric touch and word pain together so I can just spam them
Yeah because you have a talent that makes your vampiric touch also apply your shadow word: pain. so you're effectively casting sw:p twice
yup Wickedbizkit is correct! they are also both on the global cooldown(gcd) so you cant use them both at the exact same time if that makes sense, but the talent applies them both anyway

I personally prefer shadow priest and they're better in m+ atm but warlock is always good in raid and also pretty fun. just personal preference

I was just testing the mind flay build, in general the mind spike one is probably better and easier to play

God idk how to maintain that kind of DPS I feel like I’m keeping my dots up I have 31% haste and 16%mastery and 18%crit I’m 426ilvl so idk what I’m doing wrong to hit that kind of dps however I don’t have a full set I only have 1 piece atm.
tier can be quite a bit of dps, also pull size matters a bit too! I'll have a guide coming out soon so hopefully that'll clear up any misconceptions

yeah I think a lot of people are trying it out now because its getting more popular, I don't think its massively better than the spike build atm we will see what build is actually the best in probably about 1-2months when the really high keys start being done
So is it just preference that you're using that vs spike?
@@teddyfields2754 im pushing 20’s rn and ive noticed No spike build has higher ramp damage becz youre not using your filler (spike and flay) during CD’s. Spike has a slight dps increase on single target (1-2%) and the spike build has better burst for lower keys . In my opinion flay for 4p 18+ keys seems to be the play
Ahh okay. Yeah, I have been ridiculously unlucky with tier. I only have the omni token from getting KSM. Mostly just been doing an odd 20 here or there, but mostly 17s and 18s until I get 4pc.
yeah pretty much what Brice said, after running a few more keys I think the flay build will probably end up being the move but theres still a lot to be seen/tested

it's pretty low priority, I would really only use halo if I have nothing else to press or if I'm on 1 charge of mindspike: insanity and mind blast, torrent and mindgames are on cd etc
