    England is in desperate need for Asian cuisine. Their Asian food is not made to perfection like Australia does it. Watching your videos helps me make and enjoy these dishes at home so I can remember these dishes i miss so badly. Thank you for your channel Marion, you have been a true Aussie life saver to me!

    Thanks for all the recipes. There were news people stole the jar of chilli from the famous pan mee shop (as the owner refused to sell the chilli). Definitely will be cooking this during Covid lockdown.

    This looks good, i love eating and making chilli pan mee. It's also gret with some fried shallots for added crunch. Also i like to sometimes have it with anchovies and spinach soup at the side

    In KL you can find a dry or soup version of pan mee. You made the authentic dry version. Love it and thanks for the recipe!

    Close enough. Not the right noodle though. Usually it's handmade flat noodle ( shaped like fettuccine) made with only all purpose flour + water. Interesting to pair with snap peas though, we tend to use amaranth leaves, mustard leaves or "pucuk manis" but I guess any leafy will do.
