Man I understand the regular butter beer I tried it and it was nasty but you have to give frozen butterbeer a try it’s really good especially that white cream on top it’s actually sweet
I think I did once and felt kind of the same but I may give it another shot
When we went on e.t. The first time it broke down while we were in line. That same annoying “the coaster will be back up soon” played on repeat, and we waited for about 2 hours. Then we gave up and left. (We did it the next day.)

it’s impossible for me to hate the simpsons ride. i’ve never felt the motion sickness, and it’s too charming and genuinely funny even after riding it a million times for me to ever dislike it the way others do. it’s fun!

Like the hot take format. Mybtwo cents... Simpsons is in fact the worst ride in UOR. It smells like old cheese and sickness. The screens look like old CRT quality. I reall dislike this ride... Gringotts should have been more like Mummy. There was soooo much potential for a ride based on this bank and an encounter with Voldermort. The 1st couple of experiences are good, but it gets old quick. They should a lightning effect (Bellatrix scene) and a free fall element to spice it up.
Thank you! Simpsons is the worst ride I think I've ever been on. I was so sick afterword that I needed to take a long break before riding anything else, and even then, I was still sick
If et does get replaced that will be sad I enjoy doing it whenever I’m tired so I can rest and do something fun
If you don't like cold butterbeer, I would suggest trying the hot butterbeer instead. I personally like the hot one better the either cold one.
Not really a hot take but if they keep E.T. they should remove the fast passes from it as it messes with the ending when E.T. says the names and thats pretty annoying

Fast and furious is significantly better than jimmy fallon, minions and simpsons. It's a good ride and one of the best ones for people with physical disabilities. I had a friend come with me to the park who had a broken back and fast and furious was the only real ride at studios he could go on. The jolting motion on the other simulators and restrictive seating made him miserable but f&f and the shows were a lot of fun for him. It fills a really good niche of "simulating" fast paced excitement while also being comfortable enough for anyone to go on. That may not matter a ton to thrill seekers and I think a fast and furious coaster is absolutely needed as well, but a ride LIKE fast and furious needs to stay at the parks to accommodate everyone. Plus the music and videos are just super fun and corny, fits exactly with the tone of the movies.
This is an interesting perspective! I do think Universal rides struggle a bit when it comes to accommodation so I can understand enjoying Fast and Furious in that regard. It's a huge problem with the parks that they need to work on.
God please tell me this is a fucking joke? I get Jimmy Fallon, but the Simpsons is a way more entertaining attraction, it’s not even a competition.

Not sure how hot but, The Jurassic park lands theming is very underwhelming for what it could/should be. Need more Dinosaurs. Especially in river adventure (It's my favourite franchise so i just want more).
Jimmy Fallon's ride is worst than The Simpsons and Fast and Furious
It’s worse than Simpsons(which I do enjoy) but not fast and furious. It’s just a run of the mill simulator and nothing else. The only inherently awful thing about it is whenever you sit in the front row your view is blocked by a guard rail.

Yeah, the Simpson’s is a better ride than Supercharged, by a long shot.
I personally believe that the introduction of Hogsmeade hurt the overall creative cohesion of the Universal parks and the theme park industry. Nowadays, original attractions are being replaced with IPs haphazardly without taking significant effort to match the overall theme of the park. Some IPs only work on paper when it comes to matching to the overall theme. Zootopia in Animal Kingdom for instance, sounds like a match made in Heaven. But when you actually analyze the source material, you’ll see that the animals are stand-ins for people and there isn’t much of a message regarding animals, the environment, or ecology. I do personally believe that Universal is aware of the disconnect given the design of Epic Universe. I just hope they preserve the overall theme of the main hub area over the years.
Totally fair, although Harry Potter did originally fit in with the theme of Islands. It's more those that followed that I find issue with
If E.T. is replaced, I’d personally love to see it rethemed to Stranger Things. The exterior of the building can easily be rethemed to the Hawkins Lab, and the ride vehicles and forest scene can pretty much stay the same since the show pays a lot of homage to E.T.; the Green Planet could also be replaced with scenes from the Upside Down. Even though the ride would be a thrilling family ride, the only major flaw with this idea is it’s location. It probably wouldn’t be the best idea to put a ride with a scary theme next to a kids area, but it’s still a fun idea to put out there.
