Latam Airline has a terrible service. I wait since a week to get technical support for creating my latam account. i am not able to create it because of technical issues in the backend of the website. I phoned with several service employees in the first level support but they always say "wait for the next 48 hours" to get a solution. Nothing come back... I'm very annoyed of this airline😡

I notice a translation that is not totally correct in this video. After the Spanish part, the moderator/female voice over says "...without frontiers", at approximately :19 in this video, as that is what was said, transliterally, in Spanish moments before.
