Making a living from coffee - talking with farmers in Colombia

Take a coffee break with Stefan Petrutiu, advisor and coffee connoisseur at KIT, as he is joined by farmers he met in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. In this video, we talk to the coffee farmers and explore the context behind the numbers in our studies on household and living incomes.
What do these numbers mean to them the coffee farmers? Do they earn enough money by growing coffee?
Through their answers we will gain important insight and context to the results of our work. These farmers are the ones that ultimately benefit from various projects and programmes in which KIT is involved and finding out how they experience the reality behind the numbers is a crucial aspect of our work.
