Oh my god same I can’t swallow tablet very well either it ends up just under my tongue and doesn’t go anywhere. The being hold bit is so funny it’s like such an awkward situation but shouldn’t be x

I actually have a tip for swallowing tablets (they can’t be huge for it to work) but basically you first take a drink of water, then place the tablet at the very back of your tongue, then gulp water. Always works for me!

Omg saaame I have that same problem as well like okay I'm definitely not allergic to any but it's really sooo hard for me to do it even if I'm literally 19 😆😆 and also other ppl make fun of me and stuff for not being able to take any especially when you have like a headache or something ughh it's the worst thing and worst feeling ever when you feel that same thing that it just feels wrong or dangerous to take it line I literally get a panic attack b4 taking one 😭😭 that's how bad it is can you relate ? But also if like we wanna replace them by this powder thingy that Mia took I wonder how it tastes and weather its a good replacement for tablet medicines or what does it do exactly

I love your videos Mia they are amazing and I love the family fizz too,I hope you are doing well. I have been taking tablets for years now roughly 11 pills a day. At first it wasn’t great but I got use to them after a while. I am the opposite I hate liquid medicines but some are tolerable. ❤️💓

I struggle swallowing pills too! I found using a carbonated drink helps distract your mind and makes it easier to swallow

Hiya! I would just like to let you know, that your not the only one who can't take tablets. I am sooo scared of them as well even though I am 14. It does make you feel embarrassed but you've just got to embrasse it. so basically just know your not alone xx
