You should add baking soda to the castile soap solution. For more aggressive clean, like really aggressive you can add washing soda. For me I use Dr Bronner's castile soap in 1:3 ratio inside a foam pump and add baking soda to it. And I use it to quick clean my sneakers.

Just fyi for anyone else interested in cleaning suede/nubuck, don't use baking soda as the suede can absorb the baking soda when diluted and it would discolor and stiffen the suede as it's hard to wash out

Can you make a video about icing solutions please ? It's feel like every company just rebrand salon care 40 and this product isn't that good for shoes in long-term.

This is what I've been screaming on reddit for months, glad to see a video about it. I really really like castille soap, when my bottle of Dawn was down to the point that you'd have to pour some water in to get the last bits out, I pour it half full with castille soap and the rest with water, and I've used that to clean sneakers. Lasted me 6 months so far! That little bit of dish soap helps with the bubbles, and I'm hoping whatever oils are in the CS counteract that little bit of dish soap. Great content!

Love the video, what solution/how much do you dilute the Castile soap?

Hello, I like your videos about cleaner products and essentials. Could you help me with any products? I saw under video link on Amazon, but I do not really know what I really need for to start cleaning bussines. I know about Castile soap and 3 brushes from Reshoevn8r and some basic microfiber. But What I really need next. Something for basics air force 1/jordans which are from “leather”. And what for shoes like ultraboost and what I all of things need for suade. Btw. I see video about suade but I do not really know what I only need. Many thanks

Is this for only leather shoes? Or is it good for every material?
