I plan to finish mine in the colours of the triplane in the background of the last photograph of the Red Baron or those of von Tutshcek's' aircraft which was black where the other one was white! Both simple schemes. I'm no good at painting. Unfortunately the cybernetics do not allow me to attach a picture.
I would save that top wing myself Mark . It appears to be twisted because it’s broken rather than bent ? If that is the case releasing from the interplane struts and putting on a building board and sequentially replacing some wood in long strips should solve ?
Mark looks like a great model to refurbish. Looking forward to seeing more of Mark’s fantastic building and design work. Jeff in LA USA
Thanks, Jeff I think it will involve more than just a recovering job, it will require some redesign work due to the way it's been built.
Hi Mark
I enjoy your channel and your approach in that everything doesn’t have to be new and shinny.
Long term modeller in Australia.
I seem to enjoy bringing models "back" as much as building from scratch.
Great tips, be good to see you get to a flying state 👍🏻
It will be a slower rebuild lots of other projects on the blocks but it will happen.
Nice mark ,that really came off well for ya mate ,will be watching with intent ,love ya channel
Thanks 👍
The wing is so well made are you sure it wasn't one of Mark Robinson's cast-offs 😅
😊 Don't think he would have allowed his model to get into this state, but your correct he's a very good builder.

Ive seen the photo thanks a lovely model.
Il programma è bello e interessante, qualche problema con il colore rimasto attaccato, ma sembra tutto recuperabile . Grazie

That is an option, it's the trailing edge which is the issue we will see.
