Americans don’t understand but it’s Aussie and kiwi culture that our leaders must be down to earth or else they won’t last long. Didn’t like any of the American captains including captain Lee, they never helped even when they knew their crew were down. Lee constantly said he “didn’t know”.
Here in Australia, we don’t have such a hierarchical state in our culture like in America. You must always help. That’s why Kerry and Jason are the best. Would love to see some kiwi captains too.
Goes to show bravo did well by getting rid of Jill zarin( what a piece of work )

I couldn't stand Fraser this season... he's getting to be full of himself like Kyle did.
Please bring Captain Lee and Kate back. Captain Carry is likeable but the rest of the crew is boring, boring, boring. Can't stand Fraiser. He not a great chief stew.
Why don’t you think he’s a good chief stew? My favorites will always be captain Lee and Kate. I think Fraiser is decent.
@@HH-gv8mx Fraiser is too emotional Karry is too easy on a poorly trained crew. It's difficult to understand what some of the crew is saying, without subtitles.
@@dianaguenzler2897 from what I’ve seen so far, I think Fraizer has done a pretty good job at setting boundaries with his staff. Especially in comparison to other chief stews who don’t set those boundaries and gossip and create a lot of drama in the interior staff. I do agree that kerry is too lenient, but apparently he fires a bunch of people this season so we will see.
Lee has retired and you'd be whinging about Lee if he just started! The crew are great Fraser's is great all the other chief stews have said he is so good they love him and his style and humour. Kate is boring loved her work but a sour and was only there because of Lee. It's true everyone knows it, it's ok. But she doesn't bring anything after so many seasons. Even Ben went off her! Frasier and other new crew members are fresh. If anyone can't understand accents it's because they're not all American....sorry about that! lol 😂
