I also use Eskel so anything except a dwarf or witcher dies, and two master crafted spears, both of which the pro Sanvanter ran one season because of dwarves' lack of control. I have Simlas with two armourers workshops as well for a big combo with Dennis.
Very strong if played right, i myself play a giantslayer too for the added pressure and its bait removel also nice damage ping or resilience if not answered
Maybe. Giantslayer can be tricky to use since it's really vulnerable without the 3 extra armor. It would make the Resilience worse though. I kinda like it how it is since it's thematic to go after bigger targets for it but it's true that it doesn't see much play.

I moved and haven't found a great setup for it yet since the room acoustics are quite different. I'm working on it.
