I own the larger version of this. Helped me revive dead cells of a friends makita battery that got dropped from scaffolding. Brilliant bit of kit.

I usually use an Imax charger to charge my cells (usually)when they're still in the pack

That's pretty sweet,
Looks like it will do my 20400 cells.
Any idea what the flashing part is?
Looks like you can use a lower power plug to slow/gentle charge them.

If you put in 4 it slows the current down it divides it charging ability between the 4 a lower output USB slows it down too
