For anyone seeing this now, he has been proven innocent based on the investigation done. From my understanding too, the German government investigated him thoroughly and found nothing, nada. So he is innocent and I hope the woman who accused him is punished fo rher false accusations as her trying to gain fame hurts true victims who need #MeToo to tell their SA stories to get justice. False accusers need to STOP.
Exactly. There have been so many instances of false accusations that hurt the reputation of the accused and simultaneously hurts real victims, who become doubly afraid to come forward due to fears of being associated with the false claims. I am not surprised they found nothing and I believe there should be harsher penalties for people caught fabricating claims of abuse.

To true im an SA Survivor and i could won my case but depending where you live the court tries to blame you/attacks your life. this why i never pushed on mine. the females who lie hurt the rest of us who actually had been SA'ed my ex did it multiple times and each time he blamed me coupled with low self-esteem and being in a bad spot in life. I’m a woman and would be honoured if he chose me. Some accuser said she knew what she was chosen for. Still went. The girl who started said he didn’t touch her, but posing with bruises… I got some really bad relation$hits, even just recently Mr got physical, and still didn’t have that’s kind of bruises. So without touching, 🤔 anyway. Probably I’m not his cup of tea, but I would die before him if he covers my body with his. And I hope this doesn’t end the band.

It would be difficult to make it outright illegal, but these companies should deff publicly apologize and do reparations for their severed ties. In a Making of video a director says "at first i dont want to driect their music video. I dont cear much for their music and always beleved they were just Stupit aggressive pyrolovers. Than i gave tham a chance and looked deeper and agreed to be their video-director, because i realised i got them all wrong"
As for the Scorpoins, yes, they are successful. Probably internationally at least as successful as Rammstein, if you take performances at the MSC in NY as a measure of success, the Scorpions have maybe even a bit more success. But it has to be said that the Scorpions didnt manage that in their native language and possibly never would have done so. of course, this is also due to reasons that the Scorpions probably couldnt have influenced.
Everyone that is accused deserves the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. That mindset is what separates civilized people from barbarians.

In Budapest Rammstein had two concerts last week, on the 11th and 12th. Both full house, nearly 60.000 people. They decided to have 2 concerts, as the tickets sold out on the 1st day of publishing it, and because the high demand they decided to hold a second one the next day. 5 days ago. No alleged victim came forward and testified. Case was dropped due to lack of evidence.
All charges against him were dropped. Not only that, no charges were even filed; since there was not enough evidence, the public prosecutor's office did not file charges. No “victim” made a report. The advertisements were only made by people who had no direct involvement with it and heard about it from the media.

I think it's shit companies react to accusations which can be totally false. I would boycott those companies and since I have no desire to know anyone in the band personally or go to any afterparties I would enjoy the gigs as well. If Till is guilty he will get his penalty.

I see no truth in the accusations against Till. I've been following the band as a music fan for a long time and I'm really looking forward to my next concert with them in Dresden. Rammstein is and remains one of the biggest and most interesting bands in the world.
I don’t think it’s going to end their career. However, if it turns out that there’s truth to it…his sex adventures as he knew them will most certainly end right there. And to be honest, usually there’s something to it…because those girls actually liked the band, even were willing to meet them…here’s the BUT though, wanting to meet and hang with your idol doesn’t mean you want to have sex with them; especially if he’s 40 years older. What? That’s not even how the law works at least I believe so. I’m not an expert in German law so I don’t know for sure but I’m pretty sure innocent until proven guilty is a thing in Germany. If so then it’d actually be illegal to give him punishment, also that’s just a dumb way to think in general. You shouldn’t just punish someone because someone else said they did something, the accuser needs evidence, and if they don’t have any then the defendant is probably not guilty.

Barron's, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch, has jumped on this story. I find it extra sketchy. And Till hanging out with Russian enabler Aleena Makeeva also is suspicious. The band must find its way out of this mess, and if Till is guilty, he should be brought to justice. If he is innocent, it's a horrendous way to try and ruin things for a band and its employees, and all the extra people making $ as they tour. There are millions being made, and maybe they pissed someone off that wanted to cash in. Their tours bring $ into local economies from fans.

False accusers should pay the penalty of their accusations on the sum of potential damages that would have occurred against the accused.

This is why there's a need for a law that when the accuser accuses something wrong, they must also be punished.
There is such a law in germany, its called Meineid (perjury). Giving a false testimony during a trial is punished with 1 - 5 years depending on how hard those accusations were and how much damage they already inflicted. In this case, that girl will very likely be sentenced for the lower end of the spectrum, but without probation, since she already has similar incidents filed.
As a German who listens to Rammstein regularly and a die-hard fan these news did hit me hard and I would want to believe the women. But I also know that till is leaning to the left and liberal side so I hardly doubt that he would do something like that. Also there's many rumors that people saw that women already drunk af before the aftershow party. Due to lack of evidence he wasn't declared guilty but if he actually is I am really sorry for the women.
