    I am so happy I found your video! I had seen the Rugged Rosaries and wanted to give them as gifts to the young men in my Confirmation class, but couldn't afford to purchase that many of them. I decided to figure out how to make similar rosaries on my own. Your video was like a godsend, it made the task so much easier. Thank you so much for posting and for your dedication to promoting the devotion of the Holy Rosary.

    This is the best practical kind of Rosary because it is the only design that will last a lifetime. I have made several wire Rosaries but eventually they all break somewhere. These are also quicker to make. Great Vid, Thumbs up.

    Hi, thanks so much for the video. May I know 550 paracord is usually 4mm thick? And what's the length of the paracord that I need to buy for making one rosary?

    • @antwon335
      @antwon335  Před 3 lety +3

      Yes, 550 paracord is 4mm thick so getting bead sizes bigger than that should work. I recommend 5.7mm hole size so that you can fit two strands of paracord through each bead at the start of the rosary. I use 96 inches or 8 feet to make each rosary.

    • @antwon335
      @antwon335  Před 3 lety +1

      I bought my beads off of Etsy from the favored memories shop. The links can be found in the description. I call them our father beads because that is they prayer said when praying the rosary, but any bead should work as long as it fits (5.7mm hole size). The crucifix is a 3 inch St. Benedict crucifix www.giftscatholic.com/large-rosary-crucifixes/xl-st-benedict-crucifix-straight-edge-3.html
      Etsy lists the outside diameter of the beads as 11x9mm but I'm not sure what that means.

    Oh yeah one last thing:
    You really also need to show yourself actually tying the final barrel knot, because it is different than the others since you're using 2 strands (both ends of the rosary you're about to fuse together) instead of just 1 strand like the other barrel knots.

    If u knew what God said about the Mary & the rosary would u still make them? The rosary isn't 'holy'. Ex 20:4 “You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth below or in the sea..." this is the 2nd command that the RCC removed from their bibles bec they turned from God's teachings in order to make up their own, which in this case, is to pray to a female creation of flesh instead of to God. remember Saul? the 'believers' wanted to serve a king of flesh instead of God. “For there is one God, and ONE mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” 1 Tim. 2:5.( RCC says Mary & 'saints' are) "Is God a liar"? Isa 6:3, "In vain, they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of MEN" Mt 15:9; God saw the false 'believers' in his own day who worshiped by 'tradition' instead of by the laws of God. Prayer that is repetitive that a person repeats the same phrase over and over as some sort of formula is not biblical. In Mat 6:7 Jesus says, “And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words” Jesus considers this practice empty, devoid of faith. ‘empty phrases’ means to babble, or repeat the same things over and over mindlessly as the RCC teaches its people to do (with the rosary, Litany, Gregorian Chants) When God speaks it is to be obeyed "as it is in heaven" not 'as it is in the RCC. The bible does not say, "except for any 'appearance' Mary may make". God said: "Believers go to the grave at death, where they "sleep" until the resurrection" (I Cor 15). God never contradicts himself which means no one knows 'who' might end up in heaven OR hell. So WHY is the RCC praying to dead human's? That also means that (according to GOD) 'Mary' could never have appeared on earth. The Bible plainly says that "no man has ascended up to heaven" John 3:13 & "All have sinned" (Rom @, & "no one is truly righteous" Rom @. U teach RCC doctrine that contradicts God's word! Who did Jesus tell the Apostles to pray to? To "OUR FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN. Mt 6:9. Explain to me WHY RCC wants to pray to the dead, to a female, to creations, that may be on their way to hell? what arrogance! I was born/raised catholic, I understand the teachings of the RCC. I study from the Greek/Hebrew Bible that hasn't been added to or deleted from as the RCC has done w/their bible. I've read the truth with my own eyes & no longer can b fooled w/contradicting God. "Is God a liar?" Isa 6:3, or is man a liar? "No man can serve 2 masters for either he will hate the one, & love the other; or else he will hold to the one, & despise the other. You cannot serve God and the world too." Mat @...remember, the world 'will' pass away - the traditions, sacraments (that are all unbiblical), but "God's Words will NEVER pass away". Mt @. Pls, explain 4 me, what facts r u standing on w/the RCC that prooves that RCC teachings r above God's word?
