- How To Free Roam As Venom | Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Glitch
WARNING:
Apparently this glitch can break your game. It will cause the enemies to not spawn when you restart the checkpoint and Kraven will be glitched. And can apparently break your save altogether.
I recommend ONLY doing this on a manual save, so that you can immediately reload your main save after you’ve played around as Venom.
Sorry for not mentioning this in the video, I didn’t know about it until someone mentioned it.
Got this glitch from @sunniestgaming on TikTok. I’m not sure if they discovered it but they were the first I saw to do it.

Dude I did the glitch JUST in time. I paused the patch like, 10 minutes before it was done and I just got to the venom mission today. Doing it rn but i'm taking a break to eat dinner and watch a show, I'm gonna enjoy this while it lasts 😭

@@Tingentity Go into the start menu where it shows your save slots. Click the one your currently using and there will be a load game option. The you can select any manual saves you made.

Venom call also do the salute in front of the Wakandan embassy, like Miles. This either means Venom used him as a template, or Peter was hardcoded not to do the salute for some reason.

I was impressed, then Venom was on the bike and I was stunned. Glad you posted this before it was patched.
This is freaking awesome, when you jumped off that huge ass building and landed, but the superhero landing is Deadpool likes to put it, that was sick and I like how Bigg and Jack to use he’s like a little bit smaller than the Hulk lol ( in his normal green form, nothing else) I love in the trailer they show you a green hand getting the symbiotic put onto it, everyone was thinking immediately that it was the or lizard I just got the digital deluxe, and I can’t wait to start this bad boy up at 4 o’clock, I saw how the Cape looks too, like they have like certain Spider-Man costumes with like a an actual Cape, kind of like Batman, and the fluidity of the Cape is so freaking sick, when you move fluently, so does your cape it’s actually the first time I’ve actually seen a step up from the Arkham Batman games with the Cape- They put so much attention to detail and all of their games and even with the Cape I think it had like 1000 it’s like 2000 different like shifting images or some thing like that for the Batman cape I have to say all around insomnia did a really good job from what I see so far and I cannot wait to get to this level and do exactly what you said hopefully they don’t patch it by then lol 😂 cause this is freaking awesome! 😎

The Venom mission reminded me of the old open-world Incredible Hulk games. A full Venom or Hulk game by Insomniac would be a blast!
they will probably nerf Hulk in favour of Red Hulk or something, like they nerfed Peter in this game to favour Miles

Check your saved, just go to menu and load game. The game autosaves at the start of every main mission.

Because there's no parameters/ requirements in his for mission that allow him to climb. Why waste time making an animation and rigging when he doesn't need to. Do you know how swamped devs are these days?

Venom already has point jumping and it's already satisfactory enough, Venom isn't able to climb electrified walls in oscorp because it makes no sense therefore the point jumping made it possible to go to A-B. Venom climbing in times square vs the hunters makes no sense too because there's no mechanic for dodging or parrying ranged attacks on the walls you would just get peppered with attacks plus the mission was linear why would you even need to climb when you had to get to the end of the level to fight kraven. The mechanics aren't ''already there'' did you even read my comment, are you finding hard to comprehend that venom has completely different rigging that Peter and Miles? Venom is a completely new character with new animations and rigs, wall climbing isn't needed.

Love how you can play as venom, he’s my favourite marvel character but they so should’ve added a venom free roam mode, surprised they didn’t since that would be obviously what we want to do, and Do side missions and stuff with venom, and spoiler alert, he can just use his wings he gets at the end to fly around the city lol
Hopefully they make a DLC where we can play as him more. The short time we play as him was fun, and I feel like they’ll be able to flesh out more abilities and mechanics for him if they make a Venom DLC.
