@@MastaGOfficial that's the racing terminology. In general road legal usage, any of these motorcycles which have such an aggressive seating posture and are track focused are called supersports. Well yeah I agree the term gets thrown around a lot. But 🤷♂️😅
Msmarkus25 excuse me for the english, i m not english, big bang have all the 4 bang in 60°, for have more traction and a better control, this is crossplane, usually this 2 type are confused, but im reality they different
MeLo Bevo Dude, its not 60° its 90° degres - crossplane ( big bang ) used from RN22 engines... in older types as RN19 are standard inline engines (screamer)...
Msmarkus25 ok, in this case I don't know... excuse me 😀 i think the big bang used only in the honda nsr 500 2 stroke because it has a lot of torque and it was very difficult to use it with a screamer configuration
@@Msmarkus25 Crossplane is not big bang. In a big bang firing order multiple cylinders are firing at the same time, this is not the case for the R1 and it's crossplane crankshaft. I believe MeLo Bevo is very correct.
these are not big bang...nor could they be since theyre inline 4. Big Bang is a 90* firing 2 stroke, meaning 1 non stop big bang for every 1 crank rotation OR a 2 stroke that fires all cylinders rapidly or at the same time....these are odd firing and only fire 1 set of cylinders ever 2 rotations. Meaning they arent and never could be "big bang" engines
This generation looks way better than current

Hands down the best sounding one I've heard. Just a smooth and soothing bark💯
Arguably one of THE best looking SuperSports ever. Period.
R1 is not a supersport bike bro. R1 is a superbike. R6 is a supersport bike.
