If you get a good pizza from Little Caesars out of the oven it is fire I always eat it with their garlic sauce or their cheesy jalapeno sauce and it's amazing the only thing is is they went up from $5 to like $7 but everything else is going up

I agree with you about the price hikes. It took me by surprise too. Sadly, there is cause and effect involved with everything these days. With the economy being in the tank and the draught out west everything is costing an arm and leg. Look at eggs. The bird flu has decimated the egg laying chickens causing the ridiculous price in eggs. Hopefully, things will start settling down in the next year or two. Not to get political, I'm hoping that the next regime that takes over the white house will have a different view of things and have better ideas.

I haven't eaten a pizza hut pizza in decades, I just been eating and like the taste of little Caesars. Besides the price is right.
I used to get pizza hut until the current management took over. They no longer take coupons and won't offer national promotions. When I have to get little Caesar I only get the deep dish and the crazy bread. I prefer the local pizzeria for great pizza at a reasonable price

The Little Caesar's Pizza of the 80s had pizza delivery. It sucks that they discontinued the delivery. Having two Pizzas for the price of one was the way to go back in the day.

Where I live, there was a Pizza Hut and Little Caesar's.
Pizza Hut was at one location, closed, a few years later, moved to a different location, then went out of business.
Little Caesar's is still in business, busy making pizza.

The only pizza hut in Grays harbor, Washington just closed down. However we still have Little Caesars, Dominos as well as Papa Murphy's so I guess it's not a total loss

Thanks for the video comparison. Used to love getting Pizza Hut especially at the sit down restaurants but have not had Pizza Hut for over 15 years. Heard they changed the recipes. Little Caesars is the more cheaper option but only eat them like once a year at school football games. The pizzas would be cold so can't fairly judge that.
I thought I was the only one who noticed. I remember pizza being the best. Now I can’t even stand the smell. Oddly enough little Cesar’s actually tastes like old school Pizza Hut.

Don't buy thin crust Domino's pizza. It is like a few tsps of tomato sauce and a few tbs of cheese on a cracker hard crust.. The cost of the box it comes in is more expensive than the ingredients! Mine had no seasoning either

I was charged $8 for a regular Pepperoni pizza at my local little Caesars.
Mines up to $7.55 for a hot and regretful.. I stopped going to the national chains and hit the locals for much better pizza at a reasonable price

We've got a local pizzeria that won a newspaper contest for best pizza. In the contest domino's came in dead last with papa johns next to it. Then it was Marcos, pizza hut, and little skeezers in the lead for the national brands. But all our local pizzerias did better than the national chains
I've been going to Little Caesars for years. Mostly for the price and grab n go option. I wrote Pizza Hut off years ago due to a drastic change in their taste of the pizzas. I'd go back to them if they'd bring back the 1970s and 1980s recipes. What they have now is just not good....
I work for a company that used to provide equipment to their franchisees in ours and several surrounding states. Pizza Hut offers their franchisees several options for their ingredients. Most owners take the cheapest option to maximize profits. Their are some who prefer the OG recipe but they're getting fewer and fewer every year. I had the owner of one of the biggest ownership companies explain this to me years ago. To this day if I go into a pizza hut kitchen I can tell within minutes if they're making the original or economy PH recipe.
@@jamesleason4004 Hi James, Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, where I live and have lived (Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan) they are pretty much the same. I think when they stopped serving the pan pizza in the cast iron pans is when the taste changed for me. I agree with other comments on that there are more pizza places than just these 2. My personal favorite would be Jets. I don't know how many states they cover but their pizza is probably the best of most chain pizza places. I also agree that the mom and pop's are still the best hands down. They have to compete with the big boys and go the extra mile to provide a better experience than the others.
Just my opinion and experience that Pizza Hut pizza tastes to be about worth the $5-$7 dollars Little Caesars charges for their better tasting pizza. I prefer LC crust and sauce. The PH dough tastes extra yeasty and the sauce is too sweet for my liking. I like a nice spicey-ish acidic bite that compliments the peperoni and the PH sauce contradicts it instead. From a cook's/chef's point of view that is a proper balance of sweet and spice, but the Mrs. and I have peculiar, and often similar tastes, and neither of us care for PH at all. (The only pizza she dislikes more is Dominoes because it's too salty for her liking. I think it's fine, but nothing to go out of your way for.)
It sucks because for the longest time I had friends who worked at the PH and wanted to bring free pizza by all the time and I would just tell them not to bother. I'd feel super bad when I turn it down and they show up later that day to see I got pizza from somewhere else, but I'd rather pay for pizza I like than suffer through eating pizza I don't care for because it was free. I even got food poisoning once from LC back in the early 90s and I would rather risk that than have PH. That being said PH isn't the worst pizza I've had and they aren't the worst "chain" pizza in my opinion either. Given a choice between them, I choose LC.
Ordered a custom pizza from Little Caesars... seriously had just 4 mushroom slices on a large pizza...how cheap can I go...never AGAIN..to to cheap

Pizza Hut was good in the 1980's. That was the last time. The fact that the comparison here is Little Caesars says it all. For the record, Little Caesars was far better back then too.

pizza hut used to be really good in the 90"s, now its just a disgrace. way over priced and so cheep with the toppings even if you pay for extra toppings.
Both are absolutely horrible: cardboard with a bare minimum of toppings. IMO, the best of the chains is Shakey's, or at least it was when I was a kid. There's no Shakey's where I live now, so I don't know if they're still good. Round Table used to be pretty good, but again, I haven't had it in years. But I agree with the commenters who recommend going to a local place. There's a family shop about half an hour from my house, and it's excellent.
me and the wife have been PH fans for years! The last couple years or so so their pizza has really fallen off a cliff. No flavor, the sauce tastes like salt paste, and the cheese is low quality crap! Little ceasars is even worse!

Pizza hut is disgusting I rather eat papa John's or any other pizzeria. They gave me this disgusting nasty as small size 8 inch pizza with wings. That pizza was so fawking disgusting I had to throw it away when I was half way finished with it smh. And was expensive af I spent like 40 some dollars on grubhub for that small disgusting pizza with the wings but the wings were okay not bad 😋

Both terrible. Go to a local mom & pop pizza shop, you may pay more but it’s much better. Also, you’re supporting a community business that most likely supports your community through food bank assistance, youth sports sponsorships, etc.
