Season 2 baby! 🔥So excited to be back hosting I forgot to properly button up my shirt 😳
i only saw the button part after reading comment section😆😁
pretty luckluster you were in today"s video...i was expecting more funny as you were in previous video
Yeah well, Joe forgot to wear a shirt with buttons so I think you’re okay for now.
well done fam, good shit
@@begentlemen1668 bro u put double quotes for apostrophe your opinion does not matter.
India put dumplings in their pizza crust! That's it! I've got to visit them!
pls dont bother...it sucks...i would suggest you to try momos on their own and from a non chain restaurant...that'll be worth the trip!!!
Its sucks
Don't expect much from it
@@mohitsharma1406 what r u talkin bro... maine kal hi khaya momos pizzas pizzahut me ja k and believe me bhot tasty tha cheeza ka taste momos k sath too delicious man😋😋😋
@@mohitsharma1406 i loved it bro. Chicken momo pizza i had was damn good😋
As someone who tried it "DON'T"
75% of Pizza Hut India’s menu is “Chicken”, “Paneer”, “Classic” and “Supreme”
Ok so?
USA wins ofc
and your point is?
@Mackbox I am asking the original commenter if there was a point to his comment. No need to use the new GRE word you learnt on every comment.
Haters like you can stop
I’m always amazed how much bigger food is in America compared to everything else
You should see some brazilian fast food
When are you giving me a treat brother? 🥲
I'd say only American fast food
Idk if this is available in US but Indonesia's pizza hut has limo pizza which is 100cm in length
Everything is bigger in America.
Except for healthcare.
Okay, but like India is full of creativity for their stuffed crusts. I’d love to see the door opened to this idea in the USA. Like Spinach/Artichoke dip stuffed crust. Buffalo Chicken dip stuffed crust?? I’m probably crazy, it’s fine.
Lies again? Hand UFC Title
NO, I think this is a fantastic idea! We have yet to scratch the surface of what stuffed curst can be.
Growing up american fast food was introduced in India when I was 15 or 16 years old. At the start they didn’t have much options and I found everything bland, but they came up with a lot if creative options, as time lapsed, and got more engrained into the indian cuisine and culture. When I turned 23, I moved to Ohio. And for the last 7 years now, I can say that pizza hut and dominos, burger king and macdonalds really such here, the quality if food is bad. I am now way past of eating dominos, but a few local pizza places are better here
Spinach artichoke dip stuffed crust sounds really good actually
Is this the first time a most calorific dish has been vegetarian?
Have to smile when the captions put 'wedge' every time Nikhil says 'veg'.
well, it can take more fat for making a tasty veg item
A lot of people think "vegetarian" in India implies healthy... this is absolutely NOT true... LOL. A lot of Indian "vegetarian" dishes are LOADED with butter (ghee) and oil.
That aside, it's not uncommon for Indian vegetarians to have an iron deficiency.
Even kfc India got best veg options
As an American, I have to admit almost all of the Indian exclusive pizzas sound better than the American exclusives. Pizza Hut in the US is pretty mediocre overall though.
Its mediocre in India too, if you want a better pizza you should go to cafes in hudson lane, delhi
@@jaikataria148 my brother in christ they're talking about fast food pizzas, not cafe pizzas
@Srushti Oza pizza hut in india has surprisingly much flavors than dominoes here. Pizza huts has lesss no. Of centres in india thats why their sales r less than dominoes. U will find dominoes here in every 3 kms.
Bu...but no one out pizzas the hut : (
@@jaikataria148 Delhi wale saale 😂😂😂😂
I think we Indians don't usually buy a large pizza, we prefer, many different small pizzas and then share them.
We usually get 2 mediums or 3 depending on the number pf people
But Domino's keeps large and usually people buy it during parties
@@dmop5071 Pizza Hut had that almost a decade ago. At least in Mumbai where I was living at the time, every other dude sitting in a Pizza Hut restaurant had one of their large "overloaded" pizzas. And back then Domino's had bad crusts in their pizzas, along with not nearly as good taste and quality as compared to Pizza Hut and their large pizzas on average costed 200-300 rupees more (yet Domino's fared better and my friends scolded me for liking Pizza Hut). Then, Pizza Hut shut it all down.
@@shubhnamdeo2865 that was the downfall of pizza hut, then some rumours came that they make veg and non veg items in same equipments, their prices increased, they started charging for packing ( even now it's 40-50₹ for a small pizza) meanwhile Domino's improved the quality of pizza's, brought affordable pizza's, didn't charge anything extra except delivery charges, good advertising and now they are Dominating
Indians are generous.
Nikhil is such a good vibe
Indians certainly love their Paneer as keeps popping on there various pizzas.
Greatest thing that happened to humanity since the wheel
You bet we do, buddy, you surely bet we do.
ALTERNATIVE FOR CHICKEN SINCE 40% OF INDIA IS VEGETARIAN
My paneer is my paneer.. none of your paneer😁😁😁😆
We call it the chicken of vegetarian food
Schezwan means Sichuan for those who don't know. The Chinese people in Sichuan are known for eating lots of chillies and other spices so when they settled in India their culinary style became popular across the country.
I remember when going to a Pizza Hut sit-down restaurant and having a family dinner used to be A THING in the U.S. Over time, the recipe changed, especially the use of robust sauce rather than the sweeter marinara that is now consigned to "dipping sauce" only, and the result is a pretty bland pizza that loses its appeal after two slices.
I agree, 40 years ago Pizza Hut was really good. Sadly that is no longer the case.
I haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in so many years due to going gluten free, but I can’t believe they changed the pizza sauce. That was their unique flavor. Wtff
I don’t want to take away from the video but I love how everyone is consistently so positive and respectful in the food wars comment section. I think it definitely says something about the power of food and how it can bring people together, ironically, as this is food wars, it is also at the same time, food peace ✌️ 🌎 ✌️
This is gonna to be the 1st episode of US vs India Food Wars Season 2.
Yup
Really? How do u know?
Yes
@@maxxinmaze4501 because its been like almost 2 months since the last one was posted
I find the origin stories about food fascinating...
Pizza -Italy specifically
Corn- North American
Peppers-South America
Sichuan- India 😱
iirc, Schezwan sauce ≠ szechuan(sichuan). two different things
@@ipikluninja91 you clearly did not watch the video. He's talking about schezwan sauce, which is part of indo-chinese cuisine and its different from sichuan peppers.
@@Sai-ns9ky I did see the video. I know that Nikhil mentioned Schezwan sauce originated in India in Kolkata. But I was saying that @80sGamerLady mentioned all those dishes originated in the respective countries. But Szechuan (actually Sichuan) is the cuisine Sichuan cuisine which originated in Sichuan province of China. I agree Schezwan is different Schezwan is the sauce. But Schezwan sauce is also a fake it is something that did originate in India to cater to our palettes but it is just a fake version (play on the word Sichuan which is the actual cuisine).
@@ipikluninja91 oh i've come across a liberal. No point in continuing the conversation.
Peppers are from South America, if I'm not mistaken. Native American planted pepper for decorative purposes, but ended up liking the taste.
I’m so jealous we don’t get the Indian pizza in the US those flavors sounded so good!
Same i want to try chicken pepperoni
Probably different from og pepperoni
Idk im in los Angeles and i don't even know what meet they put in the pepperoni here
The UK also gets lots of Indian-themed options. It's frustrating cuz it's not like the US doesn't have a decent sized South Asian population compared to the UK. Prolly has to do with the history of Britain colonizing India and bringing back a taste for their food.
Yeah no thanks...I'm happy with my unhealthy Detroit double pep and sausage ahhaha
@@Tyrant96 no matter thats why usa is suffering from obesity
I'd choose those Indian pizzas if the US ones any day of the week. Tandoor chicken crust! 😍
Joe giving the review while Nikhil eating the non-veg kebab pizza 🍕
4:21 Alas, Nikhil robs us of explaining again what a tandoor is 😢
one day....
I haven’t laughed so hard in a looong time when I saw Joe eat the pizza 🍕 dipped in Cinnabon frosting sauce. 😂
The Dream 💙
it's not bad!
I'm so happy that Food wars is back man India got so many exclusives 😋 I want to try every single one of them😩 specially all those chicken based options. Nikhil you're amazing man and also hi Joe.
"and also hi joe" LMAOOO why was that so funny to me
fr
joe ma-
India loves everything Inbred
Hi gus how are you ? where is your other half btw
Since slices are often irregular, why don't you weigh the whole pizza?
My favorite series on all of YT, I am currently stuffing my face with a pizza while I watch this. I got hungry when I saw the notification.
These comparison videos have always been the best of quality. We can see how truly intellectual these guys really are. We all hope to see more similar content in the near future somehow.
I love your videos, as an Indian I loved momo Mia pizza! It was amazing! God bless us all! Peace!
Never understood the issue with pineapple on pizza, just don't order it.
I wish Pizza Hut would take ideas from other countries and try them on the menu, Certainly in Sweden the menu is very ordinary, I would love to try a paneer pizza or a Tandoori chicken.
As a Paneerophile, let me interest you in tasting the heavenly ingredient that Paneer is, you won't regret it.
@@egomaniac1209 here in turkyie i always order paneer from my local Indian cuisine shop and the dosa omg so good the west is missing out on these Indian food they always order chicken butter thinking that's it tbh India has a lot to offer hopefully i visit it one day :D
As a child Pizza hut used to be LUXURY in India, but now I just don't like it at all, the garlic bread was drool worthy but it's not good anymore!
Nikil scraping the creamy mushroom soup almost the same as scratching a whiteboard with your finger nails. 🤣
🌚 sharing the love 👉🏽👈🏽
So excited for this new season of food wars
Yay a new one! Love this series and both guys are so damn fun to watch!
ajajajajaja 😂
One of your best, cheers!
Yes! Glad to see you guys back!
Hell yeah, more Food Wars!
Btw Joe and Nikhil, love both your contents man! Joe, any plans on visiting India?
no, unless work pays for it.
@@JoeAvella I hope you do, especially Kolkata. There are some amazing foods here. Can't wait to see your collab with Harry!
@@JoeAvella lol respect your Honesty.
Kebab stuffed pizza, wow 🥰
Joe, thanks for attempting to put the pineapple argument to rest. It is absolutely a fine pizza topping. Also, that shirt is FIRE!
I'd like to believe that, but I expect to still see plenty of people hating on pineapple on pizza, all stemming from our friend Gordon Ramsay hating on it.
People don't seem to understand the concept of sweet and savory.
@@nahor88 I don’t hate pineapple on pizza cuz Gordon Ramsey said so,I just genuinely don’t like pineapple on pizza.
Pineapple on pizza tastes outstanding, maybe its just me, or maybe im unique and superior, but pineapple on pizza if executed well with jalapenos and pickles! Amazing
These guys are the best when it comes to comparisons of popular outlets in two different countries, and tbh India vs US has generated more views for them than any other comparision, keep up good work.
Pizza Hut has stopped cooking the pizza properly in India, I don't know if its just me or they are really serving pizza with white crust and white base in here.
I love pineapple 🍍 on pizza 🍕 I reallyenjoyed this episode - so interesting to see the Indian pizzas.
I really want the Indian pizza.
This video is so fun, two different cultures explaining about same subject. 👍✨
I agreee
Sweet new episode i can wait for the rest of season 2. And starting out with another banger episode 👍🏾🙏🏾
Loe this series, Nikhil is so entertaining, bring him in more videos please. Thanks again for the content ✌
I love the way nikhil speaks 🤍
8:49 I was never a vegetarian but I died a little bit inside when he said he hated veggie lovers. I mean come on it's the best one on the menu. Still, I love your videos.
Their veggies cooking style is bland so they don't know the flavours . And I think they have been stereotyped for too long to even try to introduce vegetables recipes.
@@anamika3678 yeah, I realized he probably just eats it as is, when I get that veggie lover I refry and put raw onions on it, taste 1000x better
Keep it up Joe I'm glad for another food wars episode.
veggie fiest is such a chill pizza that my mom ORDERS it every time at pizza hut.
I love these videos they always cheer me up
Hey guy, love your videos, have you considered doing US vs UK Costco food counter? (:
LARGE IS Available (at least in Delhi NCR)
The last time I had Pizza Hut in my country, they had a “budget meal deal” with two very mini pizzas, about 3 inches in diameter and not sliced.
Interesting how much?
I'm an Indian and I'm in Bengaluru we also have a veggie exotic
Thanks Food Insider, I really want a pizza 🍕 now!
Now on to the dips got me good 😹😹😹😹😹😹
Actually good videos
Need more of india vs us
As a 14yr old working at pizza hut, it makes me laugh at how big pizzas are in the us compared to australia😂😂
And the brownie and the cookie are also called hershey brownie and cookie, so good bro
Yes thanks food insider I am really excited for this new journey 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
4:00 Peruvian creamy sauce? I need to try that , I'm in Peru and I don't think we have that here! 😆
That's just branding methods.Brand always associate foreign names ,to raise curiousity among consumers and make them try that , although majority of the times these are just simple things.
I hate it when fast food places do shit like this, it's so cringe
that's a secret sauce taken from 5000 muscly Peruvian warriors
I feel like in India anything South American = Jalapeños and hardly anything else.
@@parker4406 before Incas 😂
I'm pretty sure there is an jalepeno dip in india or is that dominos... Also they give masala lemonade in the resteraunt, it is literal HEAVEN...
never heard of masala lemonade! Sounds wild.
It's nice🤩🤩
Joe never learns, he always initially underestimates the heat level of wings.
Yes! It back!
I like watching these two in a video. Entertaining.
Yayyy a new episode!
9:47 sums this all up.
Hey like the American dude said himself "those few inches make a big difference" 😉😁 Now I want some pizza 🍕
21:15 was such silliness!!😆😆
love how you guys are doing other countrys fx japan and india
I love this series, and seeing the local varieties. One small request though, at the end could you also contrast the price per slice to the average income of the locale?
oh yeah thats a good point. International fast food in india seems much cheaper but its so much more expensive in the UK
@@Dev-fw2og Nah fam if you compare the hourly wages of both the countries, Indian fast food is probably the most expensive of all. And that is why it's so inaccesable for the general population.
It's cannot be that different. They pay their employees in rupees, pay tax in rupees. Source everything locally. So i image the disparity cannot be that high. Besides, the local pizza places are more expensive than Domino's and on par with pizza hut
Most people in India cannot afford the American fast food chains like Pizza Hut even if they seem cheap to westerners.. here it’s a luxury for the privileged.
Pizza hut dine in is soo much better than delivery. Still pizza hut tastes much much better than Domino's.
5:27 Oh yeah we have this here in India too-
You guys made me hungry. I'm going to grab a pizza on my way home from work. However, I tend to gravitate toward little local neighborhood pizzerias rather than chains. I like to support local businesses, and the pizza is usually better at neighborhood pizza joints.
cool
I lost it when Joe said 'Get your minds out of the gutter" like i was thinking it lmaoo
Joe,
As someone with a gluten intolerance (celiac) when you asked how we enjoy the gluten free pizza when it’s that thin and everything the simple answer is we don’t!
Hope this helps :)
Interesting,i remember I have tried an L1MO(1 Meter) Pizza menu in Indonesian Pizza Hut
Indians: we got this we got that for pizza
Americans: cheese and sauce
21:09 brooo, I had to pause the video and laugh. I wasn't prepared. 😂
Wow 😯.
Kebab stuffed crust? That sounds like the Drunk Brit (but not me) heaven food.
good video
Suggestion for pizza connoisseurs out there - Try chicken meatball pizza with kebab-e-crust ......🤤🤤 that's very good stuff.
Thank me later
In pizza hut ( india)
Omg chocolate lava cake in Canada. I forgot about it, so good. But sooo sweet
New season! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
To be candid when it comes to flavours India wins by a long shot imo.
I'm still hoping for US vs Canada and UK vs Australia.
Pretty much all those countries has same things
@@sidd129 but not some things.
6:07 but regular circular pizza also has crust on every slice doesn't it
We usually have the medium pizza as an appetizer before heading into a non-vegetarian restaurant and have a bunch of heavy food (tandoori chicken, roti, biryani, etc)
Loved Season 1 of this! Can't wait to see Season 2!
Super Supreme always has a special place in my heart it's nostalgic to my childdhood remembering how we use to Dine-in pizza places with family and not just home deliver it, I have to get one again before they shutdown
Wow
Damn I miss pizza hut here in Holland.
IVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS
I haven't had a good pizza from Pizza Hut since the 90s.
Its changed a bit like Dominos did. In the states at least.
Joe has finally started to like lemon peppers lol
I like this guy.. He's funny!
That kebob stuffed crust pizza looked🔥🔥🔥
my family regularly order from pizza hut but I have never seen this much toppings in my entire life in a pizza from pizza hut
Yooo...they are back
I really hope food wars does canda next and get quang Tran as the producer
To everyone who sees this comment, keep pushing in life and never give up. Can't wait to see you successful one day and May God bless you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
