Yes, I contacted the company and I voiced my complaint. Their response verbatim, "well it looks like you got over a year out of it." In the videos the gentleman puts out, he says " go ahead push down to wring out the mop, you won't hurt it, it's a quality product." Scoff, same quality as a $13 mop from Walmart. I spent 60 for the bucket 2 mop heads a scrubber and 2 dust heads. The dust heads fell apart the 1st time I slipped them on, the stitching popped. I can't use the scrubber because of the cracked handle. Useless. Now the lever is so loose it comes down when I'm moping. I suggest sticking to a Walmart mop. @spinrightmops
I'm glad I saw your video. I have had my mop for a few weeks now and love it! But I noticed the white clip wasn't staying firm. I contacted Tovar via messenger and got a response immediately from his wife. She said the product had a 6 month warranty and they would send me replacement parts. I not only received one new replacement clip part, but another full bottom piece and a 2nd clip handle part plus they threw in another purple mop head. I thought that was very good customer service on their part. So I'd suggest anyone having issues with the part that cracked on Elizabeth's mop, don't wait, get a replacement before the warranty runs out.
I loved mine too, till.... I was really hoping this was going to be my preferred mop system but nope. Either way I'm happy your experience was different than mine.
I was just about to purchase a mop set but now after watching your video & seeing your comment I'm like nah I'll just put my wallet back in my purse. 😂 Thanks you literally saved me $70+!!!
Thank you for this video. I've been seeing this company's ads everywhere, and it's such a red flag that I can't find a single CZcams video about these mops except from the company itself and this one.
I just bought the split bucket system. Some of the hardware seems different so I’m hoping to get a bit more out of it! However, if I saw this before Rosa Picosa’s video, I probably would have kept looking. Hoping the newer model lasts longer than 1 year.
I ordered mine February 2023. Mainly for the dolly due to spine issues . I thought it was going to be easier for me. I was wrong . The material is very cheap . The buckets don’t click together and it does t fit right in the dolly . We had spills . The dolly wheals get stuck on the tile . The click/adjuster broke with in 3 months . I ordered that part and the same day I received an email that they were working on my order to ship it. Fast forward almost a week later , I contacted them to know the status of my order . They reply with a general video that didn’t answer my question. I reply back to them that the video did t apply to my question and also as per their video they are in peak season . This makes my wonder because they are always in peak season . Well , they responded to my email in an unethical, unprofessional, uneducated and sarcastic way . They say that they are not always in high season (but when I place the order back in February they said it was high season ) and also if a video goes viral (I did not see any viral video) they are in peak season . Again , I place the order because the mop broke and I spent 120 for a cheap bucket and mop. He also said in a sarcastic way that they are a small business they are not Amazon . Of course I know they are a small business and I buy different things for other small businesses around the country but the difference is quality and good customer service. He also said if I wanted to cancel the order and I accepted. I went to Walmart and bought an o-cedar . The difference is so noticeable. O cedar is sturdy and much cheaper. Don’t buy from this company is a ripoff
Man I'm sorry. How frustrating. And yes I'm going to agree with you that the product is chincy. The day I got my setup I went to put the dust head on the mop and its stitches popped. That was a prelude of things to come. I too am very disappointed in their product. I bought a steam mop after throwing away my pricey spin360 mop and bucket. I love this steam mop, no bucket and no replacement heads and washable pads. The steam mop cost as much as the 360 mop, bucket and attachments and it will last 10x longer I'm sure. I feel your frustrations and I am sorry for the huge waste of time and money. I hope you have a very merry Christmas and a beautiful new year. Sending you good vibrations 😁
Yep not getting it again they didn't replaced it the first time because I was just over for couple weeks on the warranty so I bought it again thinking it's my fault well the 2nd one was also faulty luckily it was under the year and they'll be sending the new one but now they are saying it's 6 months for replacement parts and nope after this one I'm hoping it last longer otherwise I suggest looking into a different brand bucket my husband fixed it and I only used hot water and fabulous with tide
I bought a steam mop for 60$ at Lowe's and it works wonderfully. No chemicals just steam and I can wash and reuse the pads with no problem. I was disappointed in this mop for sure. Won't go back ever. I'm so done with replacement parts.
Mine is making a very loud screeching sound when spinning. It sounds like a screaming banshee. Loud and high pitch enough to wake up anyone sleeping upstairs.
Oh my goodness. Mine has yet to reveal its banshee screech. It's holding together with the black tape for now but once it starts screeching it's going in the recycle bin.

Mine was doing that but now the bucket metal spinner inside is stuck and doesn’t spin anymore. I believe yours will do the same eventually.
