What was your build for this? How did your melee recharge so fast?
This was during the revelry event but in PVP I use AN INSURMOUNTABLE SKULLFORT helm (exotic), full IMPACT MODS 5x, Arc Striker with Seismic strike. It's the same I still have a melee attack all the time. Try it ;) have fun man!
