Although the Spider-Man: No Way Home scene when Andrew and Tobey showed up comes pretty close. The audience was legit roaring with applause and cheer. For this one, in my theatre on my first watch at least, they just sat there in stunned silence when the iconic words were finally spoken. Like everyone was holding their breath in anticipation for what would come next.

Tony got the victory, to be the one to make the sacrifice play and know he saved everyone which was always his only concern regardless of how he had to do it and die knowing he’s leaving Peter, Pepper and Morgan in a better world and finally get to rest. Before the MCU I didnt think much of him aside from a cool partrioically designed Marvel hero(I grew up with DC) but after the entire ride from Iron Man to Endgame, I realized Cap is a hero through and through, more than most. He's a man that came from almost nothing and not through the desire to be better or hurt people, it can be all traced back to " I don't like bullies.". He just wants to help people. That's the true definition of a hero.
