These people are foreigners. They will complain after eating vada paav, dosa, bhel. pani puri etc. Indian's love vada paav, paav bhaji etc. but that does not necessarily mean that goras also love it. Similarly we shall also possibly not enjoy their food like boring shepherds pie, Haggis etc. Don't force it on them. These people are mostly meat (beef, Pork) eaters and do not enjoy vegetarian food much. There are more chances that they shall like Bheja fry on Mohamad Ali road more.

I currently reside in lovely Edinburgh, another picturesque coastal city but I thoroughly miss Mumbai and especially it's lovely spread of amazing food. Sad to see the hagglers , hope u r not too deterred by it. Fingers crossed u find the proper Pav Bhaji. Try googling Sardar Pav Bhaji, it's in South Mumbai and shouldn't take long by cab. Hope u enjoy Ur stay. Stay blessed.. thanks for the video

Not only Mumbai, tourist needs to get out of Delhi, Agra, Varanasi, Jaipur circle. When you come out of heartland area, India will be less crowded and more beautiful. Specifically south, west, northeast and Himalayan states ( north most). Central or heartland area is most crowded where most tourist trapped just because capital of India and Taj Mahal located in that place.

You might get some wrinkly browed stares if you told someone in Mumbai it's in South India. South India by most reckonings is just 4 southernmost states and the Union territories of Pondicherry and Lakshadweep which is funny because it's probably just the southern 'quarter' of the country :)
