Although sex and gender play an important role in LBD research, the experiences of women often do not get adequate representation.
This week, in recognition of Women’s Health Week, we turn the spotlight to women.
Dr. Ece Bayram, PhD, will lead a discussion on how sex and gender come into play for LBD, what women experience in the LBD community, and how their experiences can advance our understanding of the disease.
