Would like to correct.. mi band 3 can be used while swimming.. it has 50m water resisrance rating.
These bands are water resistant not waterproof. These bands can resist against upto certain amount of water pressure.
You can use it for swimming at your own risk.

Is Mi Band 3 difficult to take on and off from band when putting for charging? Heard it's delicate to take off from the band
The mechanism of Mi Band 3 to take off and on is bit complicated compared to Mi Band 2.
As I mentioned in the video, you got to follow that mechanism.
I like the design and build of lenovo touch screen is not my priority so is it better to use the Lenovo considering direct usb charge and also will it work with third party applications.

There's a setting to turn off automatic Heart rate detection.
Go to app > profile > mi band 3 > heart rate detection

I owned the mi band two and just got the three. It's huge compared to the last one and the large display area protrudes too much above the case which means it bumps into things really easily compared to the flat and more low profile mi band two.

Question -- Does Lenovo Band is having any Connectivity Problem with its App. It's app is working correctly or not. Also Some people says that this band is not officially sold by Lenovo. Lenovo hasn't introduced this in India, any third party is selling them, which cause warranty issues later. Plz guide me bro.
At the moment Flipkart is selling Lenovo bands like HX03, HX06 and so on, I have once tried to return the band back but Flipkart denies returning of Lenovo band as they will allow only exchange policy on this band.
The band is original as I have received update OTA on my HX03. Coming to the experience part of the band, the app is not as accurate as Mi and the experience of Lenovo app as well not as great as one seen in Mi app.
Lenovo HX03 is a great band and I have used it for nearly a month and I love the direct USB charging feature.
