Regardless of what the actual distance rule is, the narrator is reading verbatim from a prepared script with inaccurate data. It was likely meant to read "1000 meters or 3000 feet".

I travel around 300K miles a year and have no problems. Turbulence is also no more common now compared to the past 20 years. It's just not an issue. Always have great experience including food and beverage. I also don't get sick.. Must have a good immune system. I don't use any of those wipes. Maybe I just fly better airlines than some.

I have not flown since 2000, when I went to visit my mother in San Diego. I flew in from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Never wanted to fly after that. I have been on quite a few flights, but never liked it. Did not ever think of the boogers, germs, and bacteria back then, but you know for darn sure, that I will NEVER fly again.

You can have planes 1000ft apart above 29000ft also. It depends on RVSM vs Non RVSM.
RVSM aircraft can be 1000ft apart, non RVSM aircraft have to be 2000ft apart from other aircraft above 29000ft.

Water is clean, and fresh after each flight, the food changes per flight and is fresh and tastes good, those trays at the airport get changed, sanitised and cleaned after each day! As a smoker, I've always wished to light up in the cabin, but never had the balls to
That's pretty much how flying is now, pilots only really land and takeoff but landing can be done automatically if the airport has the supporting equipment.

Sorry, but you are very wrong about the water in number 3. The water for passengers is changed regularly and also tested regularly by the Health Authorities in different countries. It is perfectly SAFE to drink the water, i.e. coffee, tea etc. What you said is a total myth and is easily available if you did some real research on the matter instead of relying on some TikTok supposed 'expert' on aviation.
